Abstract:
Respiratory distress syndrome, hipotermia, asfiksia, sepsis, hiperbilirubinemia
BBLASR sekitar 12 pasien (3,75%).Jenis kelamin terbanyak yaitu perempuan
pada BBLR sekitar 51,05%, BBLSR 58,33% dan BBLASR 66,66%. Faktor
hiperbilirubinemia yaitu sekitar 117 pasein (53,92%) kemudian sepsis sekitar 67
pasien (30,87%).
Neonatus deaths are caused by LBW by 38.85%. LBW is a newborn baby
whose weight is less than 2500gram. LBW problem occurs because the
immaturity of organ systems in babies so susceptible to complications that cause
interference with the respiratory system, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal.
Respiratory problems that arise among them distress syndrome, hypothermia,
asphyxia, sepsis, hyperbilirubinemia and infection.
This is a descriptive study to determine the characteristics of complicating
factors that arise at birth Low birth weight infants at Al-Ihsan Hospital Bandung
in 2014. The population in this study were of low birth weight babies who are
born and have a complicating factor. This data was obtained from medical records
of patients who have a history of low birth weight. Data were analyzed using
descriptive statistics.
LBW birth rate research results at Al Ihsan Hospital about 320 patient
(1.58%). Based on the largest group of calcification was lbw approximately 284
patients (88.75%) then VLBW infants around 24 patients (7.5%) and ELBW
approximately 12 patients (3.75%). Most are female gender at around 51.05%
LBW, VLBW infants ELBW 58.33% and 66.66%. The most common
complications in ELBW factor is approximately 66.66% Asphyxia approximately
30.87% and then sepsis, hyperbilirubinemia in VLBW infants are approximately
12 patients (57.14%) and HMD about 8 patient (38.1%) and LBW is
hyperbilirubinemia which is about patient 117 (53.92%) and sepsis approximately
67 patients (30.87%).
The conclusion of this research is the largest group in LBW births are
LBW groups. Most are female gender. Factors most common complications in the
group of LBW and VLBW infants are hyperbilirubinemia and the ELBW is
asphyxia.
