Perbedaan tentang derajat kesabaran dalam berbisnis pada para pengusaha komunitas TDA (Tangan Di Atas) Kota Bandung

Abstract

Individual behaviorwill beinfluencedby thesocio-cultural environment in which individuals live. Based on these problems the authors are interested to learn about the degree of patience on ethnic Sundanese, Javanese, and Minangkabau who join the Community Business in theUpper Hand.

This study is a comparative eresearch, research that is comparing the three ethnic. As for obtaining empirical data from the three ethnic, used a questionnaire created by the authors them selves are derived from the concept of patience (Umar Yusuf, 2010).

The results showedthat thedegree ofpatienceethnicMinangkabauhigherthan from the ethnicSundaneseandJavanese(where 82% of ethnic Minangkabau showed a high degree of patience in doing business, and l6% a moderat degree of patience. While for ethnic Sundanese and Javanese showed a high degree o fpatience 68% and 32% a moderat degree of patience is. Though the differences between ethnic Javanese and Minangkabau ethnicity showed no significant difference, while for ethnic Sundanese and Minangkabau ethnic differences were significant.
