Pengelolaan Kegiatan Keagamaan Sebagai Upaya Menumbuhkan Spiritual Keagamaan Siswa di SMAN 1 Baleendah

dc.description Abstract. The purpose of education is to have a religious spiritual attitude. Reality shows that achieving spiritual attitudes has not shown as expected. The rise of juvenile delinquency cases such as bullying, violence and brawl is one example of a lack of spiritual attitudes. This shows that the hours of Islamic religious education lessons that are only three hours a week are not enough so that it is necessary to strive for programmatic activities outside of school hours. SMAN 1 Baleendah one of the schools strives to bridge the achievement of educational goals by holding activities that pay attention to the spiritual aspects of religion.. The research method used in this research is descriptive analytic with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in interviews, field observations and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate: (1) Planning a religious activity program made in the SMAN 1 Baleendah by The Headmaster, Vice Headmaster, and also the teachers of Religious Spiritual of Islam were oriented to the vision and mission of the school than has been originated to improves improve the spiritual religious of students by equipping students to memorize Al-Quran, reading Al-Quran and accustomed to performing obligatory worship and sunnah . The realization of planning is the creation of a work program by preparing a set of attendance lists of activities, murojaah cards and muhasabah books (2) Implementation of religious activity programs namely religious character education activities, Dhuhr Prayers, Dhuha Prayers, reciting the Quran every Monday-Friday, Mabit every Saturday and Murojaah for compulsory memorization program juz 30 every Saturday (3) Evaluation of activities is carried out through teacher observation of the activeness and attitudes of students. All religious programs can be said to be good except in the Dhuha prayer activities in the sufficient category. All activities are taken into consideration in attitude assessment at midterm assessment and end semester assessment.Keywords: Management, Religious Spiritual, Religious Activity ProgramAbstrak. Tujuan pendidikan salah satunya memiliki sikap spiritual keagamaan. Realitas menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian sikap spiritual belum menunjukkan seperti yang diharapkan. Maraknya kasus kenakalan remaja seperti bullying, kekerasan dan tawuran merupakan salah satu contoh belum tercovernya sikap spiritual. Hal itu menunjukan bahwa jam pelajaran pendidikan agama islam yang hanya tiga jam dalam seminggu dirasakan  tidak cukup sehingga perlu diupayakan kegiatan terpogram diluar jam pelajaran. SMAN 1 Baleendah salah satu sekolah berupaya untuk menjembatani tercapainya tujuan pendidikan dengan mengadakan kegiatan pembiasaan yang memperhatikan aspek spiritual keagamaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara, observasi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan program kegiatan keagamaan dibuat di sekolah SMAN 1 Baleendah oleh Kepala Sekolah, Wakasek dan Guru PAI bertujuan meningkatkan spiritual keagamaan siswa dengan membekali siswa menghafal Al-Quran, membaca Al-Quran dan terbiasa melakukan ibadah wajib dan sunnah. Realisasi dari perencanaan adalah pembuatan program kerja dengan mempersiapkan seperangkat daftar hadir kegiatan, kartu murojaah dan buku muhasabah. (2) Pelaksanaan program kegiatan keagamaan yaitu kegiatan pendidikan karakter keagamaan, Shalat Dzuhur, Shalat Dhuha, membaca Al-Quran dilakukan setiap senin-jumat, Mabit setiap sabtu dan Murojaah untuk program wajib hafal juz 30 setiap sabtu. (3) Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan melalui pengamatan guru terhadap keaktifan dan sikap peserta didik. Semua program keagamaan dapat dikatakan baik kecuali pada kegiatan shalat dhuha dalam kategori cukup. Semua kegiatan menjadi bahan pertimbangan penilaian sikap pada penilaian tengah semester dan penilaian akhir semester.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan, Spiritual Keagamaan, Program Kegiatan Keagamaan.
