Abstract. Islam is a perfect religion (comprehensive) that regulates aspects of human life, good faith, worship, morals and muamalah. One form of muamalah that is often encountered in everyday life is ijarah. Ijarah or lease is one means of fulfilling the needs that are often done between individuals with each other. One of them is the rental of a cat to be mated by FC Cat House Bandung. Based on the background of the above problem then the formulation of this research problem is: How the concept of rent in Islam, how the practice of renting in racial cat marriage in FC Cat House Bandung, and how the review of Islamic law against rent in racial cat marriage in FC Cat House Bandung. This research is a qualitative research, the type of research is field research (Field Research). The primary data source comes from FC Cat House Bandung. While the secondary data sourced from the literature that support this research. Data collection techniques used interview and documentation method and to analyze the data using normative legal studies method. The results of this study can be concluded that the transactions made in FC Cat House by renting a male cat to mated is not valid because based on the object of the contract that cannot be handed over. Keywords: Ijarah, Cats Race, Marriage Abstrak. Islam adalah agama yang sempurna (komperhensif) yang mengatur aspek kehidupan manusia, baik akidah, ibadah, akhlak maupun muamalah. Salah satu bentuk muamalah yang sering ditemui dalam kehidupan sehari-hari adalah ijarah. Ijarah atau sewa menyewa merupakan salah satu sarana pemenuhan kebutuhan yang sering kali dilakukan antara individu satu dengan individu lainnya. Salah satunya adalah penyewaan kucing untuk dikawinkan yang dilakukan FC Cat House Bandung. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah di atas maka rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana konsep sewa menyewa dalam Islam, bagaimana praktek sewa menyewa dalam pengawinan kucing ras di FC Cat House Kota Bandung, serta bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap sewa menyewa dalam pengawinan kucing ras di FC Cat House Bandung.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Sumber data primernya berasal dari FC Cat House Bandung. Sedangkan data sekunder bersumber dari literatur yang mendukung penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi serta untuk menganalisis data tersebut menggunakan metode normatif legal studies. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa transaksi yang dilakukan di FC Cat House dengan menyewakan kucing jantan untuk dikawinkan adalah tidak sah karena berdasarkan objek akad yang tidak bisa diserahterimakan.Kata Kunci: Ijarah, Kucing Ras, Pengawinan |
