Abstract. Salon Muslim means a beauty salon business that contains elements of Islamic business. Not only labels, but also must adhere to the rules of Islam (Alquran, Hadith, and fatwa). Annisa Muslimah salon as a Muslim salon, practices hair colouring which is not in accordance with the provisions of the MUI Fatwa. The writing of this thesis is focused on three problem formulations, namely how to make a fikih analysis on the practice of colouring at Annisa Salon Muslimah, how to review made by the council of Indonesian ulama No. 23 of 2012 on hair colouring practices at Annisa Muslimah and how to analyze hair coloring practices at annisa salon Muslimah and linked between MUI fatwa and muamalah fikih. The methods and research used in this study are qualitative methods and field research (field research). The data collected is collected by the method of analysis and interpretation techniques. The results of the research are: firstly, the sale and purchase agreement in practice in the field has fulfilled the pillars and the legal conditions for buying and selling and Ijarah. Secondly, the practice of coloring hair in the salon is not in accordance with the MUI Fatwa No. 23 of 2012 because the salon still provides coloring services using black color. Thirdly, the law of coloring hair that does not fulfill the fatwa is illegal. Thus, the implications for the sale and purchase agreement and Ijarah, which are originally valid legal turns into facades.Keywords: Buying and Selling, Ijarah, Fatwa, Practice of Coloring Hair.Abstrak. Salon muslimah berarti bisnis salon kecantikan yang didalamnya mengandung unsur bisnis Islam. Tidak hanya label, tetapi juga harus berpegang pada aturan Islam (Alqur’an, Hadis, dan Fatwa). Annisa Salon Muslimah sebagai salon muslimah, melakukan praktik coloring rambut yang belum sesuai dengan ketentuan Fatwa MUI. Penulisan skripsi ini difokuskan pada tiga rumusan masalah, yaitu: Bagaimana tinjauan fikih muamalah terhadap praktik coloring di Annisa Salon Muslimah,  bagaimana tinjauan Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia No. 23 Tahun 2012 Tentang Menyemir Rambut terhadap praktik coloring di Annisa Salon Muslimah, dan bagaimana analisis praktik coloring rambut di Salon Annisa Muslimah dan dihubungkan antara fatwa MUI dan fikih muamalah. Metode dan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan penelitian lapangan (field research). Data yang terlah dikumpulkan diolah dengan metode teknik analisis dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Akad jual beli dan ijarah dalam praktik di lapangan telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat sah jual beli dan ijarah, kemudian praktik coloring rambut di salon tersebut tidak sesuai dengan Fatwa MUI No. 23 Tahun 2012 karena salon menyediakan pelayanan coloring menggunakan warna hitam, dan hukum menyemir rambut yang tidak memenuhi fatwa adalah haram. Sehingga, berimplikasi terhadap akad jual beli dan ijarah yang semula hukumnya sah berubah menjadi fasid.Kata kunci: Jual Beli, Ijarah, Fatwa, Praktik Coloring Rambut.
