dc.description Abstract. For a Muslim, food is not just a stomach filler and a healthy body, but besides that it must also be halal. Both halal on food substances, and the process carried out on food. Similarly, the processing process at Duti Bakery, which is indicated to be not lawful according to Islamic religion, is because it sells products that contain pork, chicken and beef. The purpose of this study was to determine the review of muqalah fiqh on the halal process of a product, to know the processing of sandwiches at Duti Bakery, and to review the processing of sandwiches at Duti Bakery according to Fiqh Muamalah. This study uses a qualitative method, normative juridical approach and the nature of descriptive research. Types of primary and secondary data sourced through interviews and observations of Duti Bakery. The results showed that: 1) According to the Islamic Fiqh, the process of a halal product must fulfill 6 conditions, which must not contain pork, blood, and dirt, every processing, cooking, distributing and packaging process must be separated from halal materials and non-ingredients. halal, and every business actor must also include information on the food menu. 2) In the process of making sandwiches in a bakery, there are 5 stages, namely preparation, processing, presentation, service and cleanliness. At the processing stage all halal and non-halal ingredients are integrated into the cooking process. 3) Processing of sandwiches at Duti Bakery is appreciated because the tools and grills are integrated between halal materials and non-halal materials, so they do not meet the halal requirements of a product.Keywords : Fiqh Muamalah, Halal, BreadAbstrak. Bagi seorang muslim, makanan bukan sekedar pengisi perut dan penyehat badan saja, tetapi disamping itu juga harus halal. Baik halal pada zat makanan, maupun proses yang dilakukan terhadap makanan. Demikian pula dengan proses pengolahan di Toko Roti Duti yang terindikasi tidak halal menurut agama islam karena menjual produk yang isinya mengandung daging babi, ayam, dan sapi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tinjauan fiqh muamalah terhadap proses kehalalan suatu produk, mengetahui proses pengolahan roti isi di Toko Roti Duti, dan untuk meninjau proses pengolahan roti isi di Toko Roti Duti menurut Fiqh Muamalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pendekatan yuridis normatif dan sifat penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data primer dan sekunder yang bersumber melalui wawancara dan observasi Toko Roti Duti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) Menurut Fiqh Muamalah proses suatu produk kehalalan harus memenuhi 6 syarat, yaitu tidak boleh mengandung bahan babi, darah, dan kotoan, setiap proses pengolahan, alat masak, pendistribusian, dan pengemasan harus dipisahkan antara bahan halal dan bahan tidak halal, dan setiap pelaku usaha pun wajib mencantumkan keterangan pada menu makanan. 2) Di dalam proses pembuatan roti isi di Toko Roti mempunyai 5 tahapan yaitu persiapan, pengolahan, penyajian, pelayanan dan kebersihan. Pada tahap pengolahan semua bahan halal dan tidak halal di satukan proses memasaknya. 3) Pengolahan roti isi di Toko Roti Duti di pandang syubhat karena alat dan panggangannya di satukan antara bahan halal dan bahan yang tidak halal, sehingga tidak memenuhi syarat kehalalan suatu produk.Kata Kunci : Fiqh Muamalah, Halal, Roti
