Abstract. his research is motivated by the findings of a problem related to one of the activities of early childhood namely Cooking Class activities whose cooking activities but in the process of these activities still lack children directly in each process from beginning to end. Even though this cooking activity is an appropriate vehicle for early childhood because it is able to foster and enhance children's learning experience directly. At the same time, this activity is able to build children's creativity, introduce food, process food, blend colors, and even train the child's fine motor skills, through the movements of cutting, squeezing, shaping and printing. according to theories about early childhood, the world of children is playing. Play is a learning tool for children. Through play children learn to think, imagine, socialize, speak and develop emotional or moral. In addition there are still many adults who already understand about healthy food patterns but still often buy junk food. This is because since childhood, the majority of children in Indonesia have not been introduced to the concept of healthy food. The research aims to: 1) determine the benefits of cooking class activities for aspects of early childhood development, 2) obtain an overview of cooking class activities programs for early childhood, especially in terms of planning, implementation, evaluation. This research is a descriptive method research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are the Co-Founders, Facilitators and parties involved in the Cooking Class activities in the Jakarta Little Chef Class. The results of the research are related to the cooking class activities program for young children in the Little Chef Class. Data is collected through interviews, observations and documentation studies. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: if it is reviewed in terms of the planning, implementation and evaluation of Cooking Class program activities for Early Childhood carried out in the Little Chef Class can improve aspects of early childhood development especially the development of fine motor children.Keywords: Early Childhood Activities, Cooking Class, aspects of child developmentAbstrak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh temuan masalah yang berkaitan dengan salah satu kegiatan anak usia dini yaitu kegiatan Cooking Class yang kegiatannya memasak namun dalam proses kegiatannya tersebut masih kurang melibatkan anak secara langsung dalam setiap prosesnya dari awal hingga akhir. Padahal kegiatan memasak ini merupakan wahana yang tepat untuk anak usia dini karena mampu menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan pengalaman belajar anak secara langsung. Pada saat yang sama, aktivitas ini mampu membangun kreativitas anak, mengenalkan bahan makanan, mengolah makanan, perpaduan warna, bahkan melatih motoric halus anak, melalui gerakan memotong, meremas, membentuk dan mencetak. menurut teori tentang anak usia dini, dunia anak adalah bermain. Bermain merupakan alat belajar bagi anak. Melalui bermain anak belajar berpikir, berimajinasi, bersosialisasi, berbahasa dan mengembangkan emosional atau moralnya. Selain itu masih banyak orang dewasa yang sudah paham tentang pola makanan sehat namun masih sering membeli junk food. Hal ini disebabkan karena sejak kecil, mayoritas anak-anak di Indonesia tidak dikenalkan dengan konsep makanan yang sehat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui manfaat kegiatan cooking class bagi aspek perkembangan anak usia dini ,2) memperoleh gambaran program kegiatan cooking class bagi anak usia dini terutama dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun Subjek penelitian ini adalah Co-Founder, Fasilitator dan pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan Cooking Class di Kelas Koki Cilik Jakarta. Hasil penelitan berkaitan dengan program kegiatan cooking class bagi anak usia dini di Kelas Koki Cilik. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara, observsi dan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: jika di tinjau dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi progrram kegiatan Cooking Class bagi anak Usia Dini yang dilakukan di Kelas Koki Cilik dapat meningkatkan aspek perkembangan anak usia dini terutama perkembangan motorik halus anak.Kata Kunci: Kegiatan Anak Usia dini, Cooking Class, aspek perkembangan anak
