Abstrac. Education programs are always directed at the changes, both the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learners. Santri Siap Guna (SSG) Program is a character education in the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School. Program is designed as an agent of change, both in the fields of soul, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to: (1) the of pioneering values, independence and khidmatul ummah. (2) program which has an impact on the value of pioneering, independence, and khidmatul ummah. (3) internalization of the pioneering value, independence, and khidmatul ummah. The research method used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. Based on the results of research in the field obtained several findings, namely: (1) This pioneering value has several attitudes including being a pioneer of goodness, doing positive things about Islam which are rahmatan lil alamin, and polite. The value of independence has several attitudes including not being a burden to others, being responsible, being able to solve problems, and lowering the ego. The value of khidmatul ummah is to conduct charity as a form of servitude to Allah. (2) There are three stages including the pioneering in the stage of self-development, the value of independence in the stage of self-breaking, the khidmatul ummah in the stages of building the organization. (3) Internalization of the pioneering values sensitive, take initiative, and dare to act. Internalization of the independence values in the form of abstinence being burden, qonaah, 3M. Whereas the internalization value of khidmatul ummah is happy to help, perfecting and sincere. Keywords: Internalization value, pioneering, independence, khidmatul ummah. Abstrak. Program pendidikan selalu diarahkan pada perubahan, baik kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik. Program Santri Siap Guna merupakan program pendidikan karakter yang ada di Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid. Program ini dirancang sebagai sarana perubahan, baik di bidang ruhiah, leadership, dan entrepreneurship. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengelaborasi program dalam hal: (1) nilai kepeloporan, kemandirian dan khidmatul ummah (2) pelaksanaan program yang berdampak pada nilai kepeloporan, kemandirian, dan khidmatul ummah. (3) internalisasi nilai kepeloporan, kemandirian, dan khidmatul ummah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan: wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya adalah: (1) Nilai kepeloporan memiliki beberapa sikap diantaranya sebagai pelopor kebaikan, melakukan hal-hal positif dan bersopan santun. Nilai kemandirian memiliki beberapa sikap diantaranya tidak menjadi beban bagi orang lain, bertanggung jawab, dapat menyelesaikan masalah, dan menururunkan ego. Nilai khidmatul ummah yaitu melakukan bakti sosisal sebagai bentuk penghambaan kepada Allah. (2) Terdapat tiga tahapan diantaranya nilai kepeloporan dalam tahapan bangun diri, nilai kemandirian dalam tahapan dobrak diri, nilai khidmatul ummah dalam tahapan bangun organisasi. (3) Internalisasi nilai kepeloporan berupa bersikap peka, berinisiatif, dan berani beraksi. Internalisasi nilai kemandirian berupa pantang menjadi beban, qonaah, 3M. Internalisasi nilai khidmatul ummal berupa senang menolong, menyempurnakan, dan tulus. Kata Kunci: Internalisasi nilai, Kepeloporan, Kemandirian, Khimatul ummah.
