Abstract. Qur'an lessons in MDTA At-Taqwa has a low value, students often feel tired and sleepy when saturated, the achievement of the KKM of the learning the Qur'an is 70, there is nothing that is 3 stages, namely: reading, writing and recitation and memorization, but dikarena methods used by teachers does not supply a value on each of its meetings, the matter can be known from interviews and observations. Because, then the purpose formulated by researchers as follows: 1) To know the implementation of Cooperative Learning Model Type STAD in improving learning outcomes of the Qur'an on the material Q. S Al-Bayyinah? 2) To know the increase in Al-Quran learning outcomes through Cooperative Learning Model Type STAD on the material Q. S Al-Bayyinah?. The researchers used a qualitative approach using action research method in order to perubaha the results of student learning of less being more. Data collection techniques used in this research is by using the process of planning, action, observation and reflection which is included into the PTK. The results of this research were: 1) Teachers convey the purpose and motivate students first, convey information, divide students into several groups of small, guide each group work and study, evalusi and rewarding 2) Can developing the motivation, interest and the spirit of the students in the study, the results no matter the relative increase of any meetings in each cycle is done. Pelajaran Al-Qur’an di MDTA At-Taqwa memiliki nilai yang rendah, siswa sering merasa bosan, jenuh dan mengantuk padahal pencapaian KKM dari pembelajaran Al-Qur’an adalah 70, capaian yang ditempuh itu ada 3 tahapan, yakni: bacaan, hafalan serta penulisannya, akan tetapi dikarena metode yang digunakan oleh guru tidak memberika nilai pada tiap pertemuannya, masalah tersebut dapat diketahui dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Oleh karena itu, maka tujuan yang dirumuskan oleh peneliti sebagai berikut: 1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Al-Qur’an pada materi Q.S Al-Bayyinah? 2) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Al-Qur’an melalui Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD pada materi Q.S Al-Bayyinah?. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode riset aksi agar perubaha hasil belajar siswa dari yang kurang menjadi lebih maksimal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adaah dengan menggunakan perencanaan, proses tindakan, observasi dan refleksi yang termasuk kedalam PTK. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Guru menyampaikan tujuan dan memotivasi siswa terlebih dahulu, menyampaikan informasi, membagi siswa kedalam beberapa kelompok kecil, membimbing setiap kelompok bekerja dan belajar, evalusi dan memberi penghargaan 2) Dapat mengembangan motivasi, ketertarikan dan semangat siswa dalam belajar, hasilnya pun relatif meningkat dari setiap pertemuan dalam setiap siklus yang dilakukan.
