Abstract. Baiturahman High School has many honorer teachers, they experience various obstacles such as few facilities, low salary, uncertainty of employment status as honorer teacher, and fate determined by the principal. Even so, they still try their best and do not consider a burden. They still have positive thoughts and views that show optimism and responsibility by showing the strength of character gratitude, hope and spirituality. Because of many obstacles some honorer teachers were resigned. But there are still teachers who survive. They continue to behave in line with the demands of the school. Honorer teachers have a sense of pride, responsibility, staying in school and want to advance the school. This is related to commitment to the organization. One factor that determines the level of commitment is determined by personal characteristics. The purpose of this study is to look at the contribution of the strength of the character of gratitude, hope, spirituality with organizational commitment to them. The subjects of this research were 30 honorary teachers of Baiturahman Leles High School. Research measuring instrument using a questionnaire, Contributing research methods, and multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study, the strength of the character of gratitude has a contribution of 33%, hope of 34.2%, sprituality 7.9% of organizational commitment which means Organizational Commitment is influenced by these three variables. And the most influential is Hope.Keywords: Character Strenght, Organizational Commitments, Honorer Teacher Abstrak. SMA Baiturahman memiliki banyak guru honorer, mereka mengalami berbagai kendala seperti fasilitas yang kurang memadai, upah gaji minim, ketidak pastian status pekerjaan sebagai guru honorer, dan nasib yang ditentukan oleh kepala sekolah. Meskipun begitu, mereka tetap berusaha yang terbaik dan tidak menganggap beban. Mereka tetap memiliki pikiran dan pandangan positif yang menunjukkan optimism dan tanggung jawab dengan menunjukan kekuatan karakter gratitude, hope dan sprituality. Banyaknya kendala tersebut beberapa guru honorer yang mengundurkan diri. Namun masih ada guru yang bertahan. Mereka tetap berperilaku sejalan dengan tuntutan sekolah. Para guru honorer memiliki rasa bangga, tanggung jawab, tetap bertahan di sekolah dan ingin memajukan sekolah. Hal ini berhubungan dengan komitmen terhadap organisasi. Salah satu komitmen ialah ditentukan karakteristik pribadi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat kontribusi kekuatan karakter gratitude, hope, sprituality dengan komitmen organisasi pada mereka. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang guru honorer SMA Baiturahman Leles. Alat ukur penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Metoda penelitian kontribusi. Teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekuatan karakter gratitude memiliki kontribusi sebesar 33%, hope sebesar 34,2%, sprituality 7,9% terhadap komitmen organisasi yang berarti Komitmen Organisasi dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variable tersebut.
