The purpose and purpose of this study was to determine the description of employee commitment in the operational section of the Engineering Machinery Services in Bandung. The researcher uses the standard Work Commitment measurement tool made by the figure of the researcher Allan Meyer and the Performance measurement tool which is adapted from the assessment results by the Head of Company CV. CV Jasa Teknik perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa tekstil yang mempunyai karywan sebanyak 36 orang, mereka menunjukan keterlibatan pada perusahaan yang sangat baik, seperti mengerjakan setiap event pekerjaan sesuai dengan deadline yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya dan kinerjanya sesuai dengan SOP. Rata-rata karyawan bekerja sudah sekitar 5-6 tahun. Berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, karyawan memiliki komitmen yang tinggi terhadap perusahaan tersebut. Namun peneliti menemukan fenomena bahwa karyawan di CV. Jasa Teknik Machinery sering menerima keterlambatan gaji 1 bulan sampai 3 bulan. Sehingga hal tersebut membuat beberapa karyawan mulai mengeluh terkait dengan cara pemberian gaji tersebut. Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran komitmen karyawan pada bagian operasional di Jasa Teknik Machinery Bandung. Peneliti menggunakan alat ukur Komitmen Kerja baku yang di buat oleh tokoh Allan Meyer peneliti dan alat ukur Kinerja yang diadaptasi dari hasil penilaian oleh Kepala Perusahaan CV. Jasa Teknik Machinery. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitan berbentuk Studi Populasi dengan jumlah subjek 36 karyawan. komitmen pada karyawan CV. Jasa Teknik Machinery kota Bandung memiliki komitmen yang tinggi dalam melakukan pekerjaan mereka, yaitu sebanyak (72%.). komitmen yang paling tinggi Comitment Continuance (28%).Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi Karyawan CV.
