Abstract. Being a Multiple Disabled and Visual Impairment (MDVI) teacher makes teachers have more demands than only teaching blind students. The conditions of several studies show that double handicap teachers are vulnerable to frustration, stress and experience burn out in carrying out their work. Even so, that did not happen to MDVI teachers in SLB Negeri A Kota Bandung. The teachers are able to deal with any difficulties and obstacles during the learning process and has the confidence in themself that they are able to develop students both from academic, adaptive and independence abilities. This indicates that the teachers have high teacher's efficacy. According to Tschannen-Moran, teacher's efficacy is a teacher's beliefs about her ability to carry out her job responsibilities to influence the performance of all students. The purpose of this study is to illustrate how teacher's efficacy is owned by MDVI teachers in SLB Negeri A Bandung. The method used in this study is descriptive method with the subject of research are 10 MDVI teachers. Data collection was carried out with the Teacher Sense of Efficacy Scale measuring instrument from Tschannen Moran and Anita Woolfolk Hoy with reliability α = 0.976. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics. The results showed that 80% of MDVI teachers in SLB Negeri A Kota Bandung have high teacher's efficacy.Keywords: MDVI Teacher, MDVI Students, Teacher's Efficacy Abstrak. Menjadi guru Multiple Disabled and Visual Impairment (MDVI) membuat guru memiliki tuntutan lebih dibandingkan hanya mengajar siswa tuna netra. Kondisi dari beberapa penelitian menunjukkan guru SLB Tunaganda rentan mengalami frustrasi, stres hingga mengalami burn out dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Meskipun demikian, hal tersebut tidak terjadi pada guru MDVI di SLB Negeri A Kota Bandung. Guru mampu menghadapi kesulitan dan hambatan yang dialaminya selama proses pembelajaran, serta memiliki keyakinan dalam diri bahwa dirinya mampu membuat siswa berkembang baik dari kemampuan akademik, adaptif, maupun kemandirian. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa guru memiliki teacher’s efficacy yang tinggi. Menurut Tschannen-Moran, teacher’s efficacy merupakan keyakinan yang dimiliki seorang guru mengenai kemampuan dirinya dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab pekerjaannya untuk mempengaruhi performa seluruh siswa yang diajarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberi gambaran bagaimana teacher’s efficacy yang dimiliki oleh guru MDVI di SLB Negeri A Kota Bandung. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian 10 guru MDVI.
