Abstract. PT Panghegar Perennial Partner is located in the village of Lagadar, district Marga Asih, Bandung Regency, West Java province. PT Panghegar Perennial Partner is a company engaged in mining of industrial minerals i.e. rocks andesite with production target of 75 tons/hour, the mining activity is carried out by means of blasting which then transported using Dump Truck Hino Super Ranger 117 FF to be sent to units of the crushing plant for processing reduction size. Andesite in the processing unit of crushing plant of PT Mitra Abadi Panghegar consists of two stages, namely primary and secondary crushing crushing. The tools used, among others, is the primary crushing unit 1 (Jaw Crusher) and 1 unit of secondary crushing (Cone Crusher). In addition to Crushing tools, processing units the andesite is also supported ancillary tools namely hopper, grizzly feeder, vibrating screen and belt conveyor. These processing circuits generate produkta be grey (-1 + 0.5 cm), Split 3 (-2.5 + 2 cm), and Split 2 (-2 + 1 cm), besides other produkta sirtu who have undergone screening before entering the primary crushing. Work efficiency which consists of 1 shift work obtained 74.1% of the value and effectiveness of jaw crusher of 73.485%.Keywords: Production, Efficiency, Produkta, Primary Crushing, Secondary Crushing, Jaw Crusher, Cone CrusherAbstrak. PT Panghegar Mitra Abadi terletak di Desa Lagadar, Kecamatan Marga Asih, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. PT Panghegar Mitra Abadi adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pertambangan bahan galian industri yaitu batuan andesit dengan target produksi 75 ton/jam, aktivitas penambangan yang dilakukan dengan cara peledakan yang kemudian diangkut menggunakan Dump Truck Hino Super Ranger FF 117 untuk dikirim ke unit crushing plant untuk diproses reduksi ukuran. Pengolahan andesit di unit crushing plant PT Panghegar Mitra Abadi ini terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu primary crushing dan secondary crushing. Alat yang digunakan antara lain ialah 1 unit primary crushing (Jaw Crusher) dan 1 unit secondary crushing (Cone Crusher). Selain alat Crushing, unit pengolahan andesit ini juga didukung alat penunjang yaitu hopper, grizzly feeder, vibrating screen dan belt conveyor. Rangkaian pengolahan tersebut menghasilkan produkta berupa abu (- 1 + 0,5 cm), Split 3 (-2.5 + 2 cm), dan Split 2 (-2 +1 cm), selain itu produkta lainnya ialah sirtu yang telah mengalami screening sebelum masuk ke primary crushing. Efisiensi kerja yang terdiri dari 1 shift kerja didapatkan nilai sebesar 74,1% dan efektifitas jaw crusher sebesar 73,485%.Kata Kunci: Produksi, Effisiensi, Produkta, Primary Crushing, Secondary Crushing, Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher |
