dc.description Management is a very important activity in any field, including the field of public relations. With the management of the activities undertaken will take place as expected. One of the activities that management needs to hold is the program that is aired. In this thesis, researchers discuss the Management Public Relations PT. Lativi Media Karya (tvOne) Through One Pride Events Program MMA Season 3. The purpose of this study is to know the public relations management activities conducted by public relations tvOne through the program that aired the show One Pride MMA Indonesia Season 3. This study uses a quantitative approach with qualitative data, because the data obtained from this study using interview techniques directly to the resource person. The theories used in this study are Management Public Relations, four public relations processes according to Cutlip, Center, and Broom that define problems (or opportunities), planning and programming, taking action and communicating, and evaluating the program. The result of this study is the success rate of the number of spectators was increased, either coming directly or watching at home. The increase is said to increase to 200% and better than the previous season is also now more publicly known from the program One Pride MMA event. 
dc.description Manajemen merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting pada bidang apapun, termasuk bidang public relations. Dengan adanya manajemen maka kegiatan yang dilakukan akan berlangsung sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Salah satu kegiatan yang perlu diadakan manajemen adalah program acara yang ditayangkan. Pada skripsi ini peneliti membahas mengenai Manajemen Public Relations PT. Lativi Media Karya (tvOne) Melalui Program Acara One Pride MMA Season 3. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah ingin mengetahui kegiatan manajemen public relations yang dilakukan oleh public relations tvOne melalui program acara yang ditayangkan yaitu One Pride MMA Indonesia Season 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif deskiptif dengan data kualitatif, karena data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara langsung kepada narasumber. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Manajemen Public Relations, empat proses public relations menurut Cutlip, Center, dan Broom yaitu mendefinisikan masalah (atau peluang), perencanaan dan pemograman, mengambil tindakan dan berkomunikasi, dan mengevaluasi program. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kesuksesan yang dinilai dari jumlah penonton pun bertambah, baik yang datang langsung ataupun yang menonton di rumah. Peningkatan tersebut dikatakan meningkat hingga 200% dan lebih baik daripada season sebelumnya juga kini lebih banyak diketahui publik dari adanya program acara One Pride MMA tersebut.
