Abstract. This study aims to find out how the development of intellectual capital (IC) in the company JII, how the financial performance at the company JII, how the influence of intellectual capital to the financial performance of the company JII. The independent variables in this study are measured by Intellectual Capital (IC). While the dependent variable in this study is measured by Financial Performance. To test the hypothesis then used a simple linear regression analysis. The data used are sourced from the annual report of the surviving company in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2011-2015. The result of the research shows that the average of intellectual capital of 36 companies has decreased. In Indonesia intellectual capital has not been implemented in reality there are still many companies that do not publicly report corporate finance, that the recognition of intangible assets, other than patents, copyrights, trademarks, franchise, leasehold and goodwill has not been included in the balance sheet or even in supplement disclosure. Management of intellectual capital as an added value in the company, can be known influence on business performance or company performance. The result of hypothesis testing shows that Intellectual Capital (IC) has a significant effect on Financial Performance.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Financial Performance.Abstrak. Di Indonesia intellectual capital belum diimplementasikan secara nyata masih banyak perusahaan yang tidak melaporkan keuangan perusahaan secara terbuka di media masa, bahwa pengakuan asset tak berwujud, selain paten, hak cipta, merk dagang, franchise, leasehold dan goodwill belum disertakan dalam neraca atau bahkan dalam supplement disclosure. Pengelolaan terhadap intellectual capital sebagai nilai tambah di dalam perusahaan , dapat diketahui pengaruhnya terhadap business performance atau kinerja perusahaan.
