dc.description Abstract : This study focused on the level of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. This study aims to understand the development of compensation rates at PT Len Industri (Persero), to understand the work motivation of PT Len Industri (Persero), to understand the performance of employees at PT Len Industri (Persero), to determine the effect of compensation rates on employee performance at PT Len Industri (Persero), to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT Len Industri (Persero), to determine the effect of compensation rates and work motivation on employee performance at PT Len Industri (Persero) Bandung. Sources of data in this study using primary data sources with data collection techniques used are questionnaires. The technique of determining the sample in this study uses non-probability sampling technique by convenience sampling, the number of samples is 50 respondents studied at PT Len Industri (Persero) Bandung. The statistical technique used in testing hypotheses is path analysis. The results showed that the compensation level was considered very good, work motivation was considered very good and employee performance was considered very good at PT Len Industri (Persero), and the results of hypothesis testing showed that the level of compensation had an effect on employee performance, work motivation had an effect on employee performance, level compensation affects work motivation, and the level of compensation and work motivation affect employee performance at PT Len Industri (Persero).Keywords: Compensation Level, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini difokuskan pada tingkat kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perkembangan tingkat kompensasi di PT Len Industri (Persero), untuk memahami motivasi kerja pada PT Len Industri(Persero), untuk memahami kinerja karyawan pada PT Len Industri (Persero), untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Len Industri (Persero), untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Len Industri (Persero), untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Len Industri (Persero) Bandung. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling non-probability dengan convenience sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden yang diteliti di PT Len Industri (Persero) Bandung. Teknik statistik yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kompensasi dinilai sangat baik, motivasi kerja dinilai sangat baik dan kinerja karyawan dinilai sangat baik di PT Len Industri (Persero), serta hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, tingkat kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, dan tingkat kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Len Industri (Persero).
