Abstract. Financing is the most important factor to drive the UMKM economy. Financing provided as a source of capital for UMKM. The existence of UMKM is very needed, especially for people with limited economy and skills. But the fact is that BPRS financing is still low. A company's performance can be seen from the level of efficiency and profitability (ROA). There are two objectives in the study: first to see the magnitude of the efficiency of BPRS in West Java in 2016-2018, second to look at the relationship of the level of efficiency with ROA with the efficiency-profitability matrix. The method used in this study is DEA. Research by DEA method to determine the efficiency of Islamic People's Financing Bank in West Java requires input and output variables. Input variables, namely profit sharing, operating expenses and fixed assets, and output variables, namely financing and operating income. Then the efficiency results are linked to ROA using the Sunir Kumal efficiency-profitability matrix. Based on the DEA calculation results obtained efficiency levels in 2016-2018 there were only 3 BPRS that reached the level of efficiency namely BPRS Al Ihsan, BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka, and BPRS HIK Parahyangan. Based on the results of the efficiency-profitability matrix analysis revealed that the BPRS HIK Parahyangan, BPRS Al Ihsan, and BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka where from 2016-2018 always in the 'ace' quadrant. In 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 there were 7 BPRS that experienced position changes.Keywords: UMKM, Efficiency, ROA.Abstrak. Pembiayaan merupakan faktor paling penting untuk menggerakkan perekonomian UMKM. Pembiayaan yang diberikan sebagai sumber modal bagi UMKM. Keberadaan UMKM sangat dibutuhkan khususnya masyarakat dengan perekonomian dan keterampilan terbatas. Namun faktanya pembiayaan BPRS masih rendah. Suatu kinerja perusahaan dapat lihat dari tingkat efisiensi dan profitabilitas (ROA). Terdapat dua tujuan dalam penelitian: pertama untuk melihat besarnya tingkat efisiensi BPRS di Jawa Barat tahun 2016-2018, kedua untuk melihat hubungan tingkat efisiensi dengan ROA dengan matriks efisiensi–profitabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah DEA. Penelitian dengan metode DEA untuk mengetahui efisiensi Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Di Jawa Barat memerlukan variabel input dan output. Variabel input yaitu bagi hasil, beban operasional, dan aktiva tetap, serta variabel output yaitu pembiayaan dan pendapatan operasional. Kemudian hasil efisiensi dihubungkan dengan ROA menggunakan matriks efisiensi-profitabilitas Sunir Kumal. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan DEA diperoleh tingka efisiensi pada tahun 2016-2018 hanya terdapat 3 BPRS yang mencapai tingkat efisiensi yaitu BPRS Al Ihsan, BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka, dan BPRS HIK Parahyangan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks efisiensi–profitabilitas mengungkapkan bahwa BPRS HIK Parahyangan, BPRS Al Ihsan, dan BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka dimana dari tahun 2016-2018 selalu berada di kuadran 'ace’. Pada tahun 2016/2017 dan 2017/2018 terdapat 7 BPRS yang mengalami perpindahan posisi.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Efisiensi, ROA.
