Abstract. The purpose of this study of determine alternative ways to help minimize costs in the production process by using forecasting methods and more effective aggregate planning strategies needed to be applied by CV. Inda Collection Cimahi. This research uses case study methods and quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques carried out were interviews, observation, and literature studies. CV. Inda Collection Cimahi is a manufacturing company engaged in convection that produces uniforms and promotions, with the production planning strategy used is to use overtime when demand is increasing. The results of this research discussion using the Least Square forecasting method or quadratic question and 3 aggregate planning strategies generate Chase Strategy production costs with a total cost of Rp 2.420.450.000, Workforce level & inventory with a total cost of Rp 2.400.232.000 and Workforce level & overtime with the total cost of Rp 2.095.578.000. From this study it can be concluded that aggregate planning is minimum or efficient by using Workforce level & overtime which results in an efficiency of 9%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan cara alternatif untuk membantu meminimumkan biaya dalam proses produksi dengan menggunakan metode peramalan dan strategi perencanaan agregat yang lebih efektif yang sebaiknya diterapkan oleh CV. Inda Collection Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. CV. Inda Collection Cimahi adalah sebuah usaha manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang konveksi yang menghasilkan produk pakaian seragam dan pakaian promosi, dengan strategi perencanaan produksi yang digunakan adalah menerapkan lembur saat permintaan sedang meningkat. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode peramalan Least Square atau kuadrat terkecil dan 3 strategi perencanaan agregat menghasilkan biaya produksi diantaranya Chase Strategy dengan total biaya Rp 2.420.450.000, Workforce level & inventory dengan total biaya Rp 2.400.232.000, dan Workforce level & overtime dengan total biaya Rp 2.095.578.000. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan agregat yang paling minimum atau efisien yaitu dengan menggunakan Workforce level & overtime yang menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar 9%.
