dc.description Abstract. This thesis research aims first, to determine the level of work quality and work discipline at PT Jaswita Jabar Second, examine how Performance Kayawan at PT Jaswita Jabar and third, analyze how the influence of Quality of Work Life and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Jaswita Jabar. This research was conducted at PT Jaswita Jabar. The research method used is descriptive analysis using Path Analysis, and the calculations are performed using SPSS 16.0 for Windows.The results of this study conclude that: 1) The level of work quality of life in PT Jaswita Jabar is in the high category. 2) Level of Work Discipline in PT Jaswita Jabar is in the High category. 3) Employee Performance at PT Jaswita Jabar including High category. 4) Quality of Work Life partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. 5) Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Quality of Work Life and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. 6) Quality of Work Life and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between the quality of Work Life and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Jaswita Jabar.Keywords: Quallity of Work Life, Discipline Work, Employee Performance Abstrak. Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan pertama, untuk mengetahui tingkat Kualitas Hidup Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja pada PT Jaswita Jabar. Kedua, mengkaji bagaimana Kinerja Kayawan pada PT Jaswita Jabar dan ketiga, menganalisis bagaimana Pengaruh Kualitas Hidup Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Jaswita Jabar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Jaswita Jabar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur, dan mengorperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 untuk windows. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : 1) Tingkat Kualitas Hidup Kerja pada PT Jaswita Jabar termasuk kategori Tinggi. 2) Tingkat Disiplin Kerja pada PT Jaswita Jabar termasuk kategori Tinggi. 3) Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Jaswita Jabar termasuk kategori Tinggi. 4) Kualitas Hidup Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 5) Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. 6) Kualitas Hidup Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja  secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas Hidup Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Jaswita Jabar.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Hidup kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja karyawan
