Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of compensation, work environment and satisfaction in PT. Lapi Divusi Bandung. And to find the influence between compensation and work environment to satisfaction in PT. Lapi Divusi Bandung. This research was conducted at PT. Lapi Divusi. The research method used is Descriptive Analysis by using Path Analysis, and operates the calculation using SPSS 20 program. The method used is survey research method and sampling technique of sample data is census sampling. Respondents of this research are employees at PT. Dapi Divusi which amounted to 63 people. The results of this study as follows: 1) Respondents' responses on compensation are categorized Good with an average of 182.5 on the continuum line of 63.22%. 2) Response of respondents about the working environment is in the Good category with an average of 191.8 on the continuum line 68.14%. 3) Responses of respondents on job satisfaction is very good category with an average of 238.3 on continuum line 92.60%. 4) compensation partially have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction with the influence of 45.4%. 5) Work environment in patial have positive and significant effect to satisfaction with influence equal to 51,9%. 6) Compensation and work environment partially have a positive and significant impact on satisfaction with the effect of 57.8%. The conclusion of this research is there is influence between compensation and work environment to satisfaction at PT. Lapi Divusi Bandung.Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Satisfaction. Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan di PT. Lapi Divusi Bandung. Serta untuk mencari pengaruh antara kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan di PT. Lapi Divusi Bandung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Lapi Divusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Analisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur, dan mengorperasikan perhitungan menggunakan program SPSS. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey dan teknik penarikan data sampel adalah sampling sensus. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Lapi Divusi yang berjumlah 63 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Tanggapan responden mengenai kompensasi berada kategori Baik dengan rata-rata 182,5 pada garis kontinum 63,22%. 2) Tanggapan responden mengenai lingkungan kerja berada pada kategori Baik dengan rata-rata 191,8 pada garis kontinum 68,14%. 3) Tanggapan responden mengenai kepuasan kerja berada kategori Sangat Baik dengan rata-rata 238,3 pada garis kontinum 92,60%. 4) kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan pengaruh sebesar 45,4%. 5) Lingkungan kerja secara pasial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan pengaruh sebesar 51,9%. 6) Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dengan pengaruh sebesar 57,8%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan pada PT. Lapi Divusi Bandung.Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan. |
