Abstract. This study aims to determine alternative ways to help minimize costs in the production process by using forecasting methods and aggregate planning strategies that are effective and should be applied by CV. Sarana Kreasindo. This research uses the case study method and quantitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques by interviewing, observing, and studying literature. CV. Sarana Kreasindo is a manufacturing business engaged in the field of building materials, the production planning strategy used is implementing the recruitment and dismissal of employees. The results of this research discussion using Least Square forecasting method and 3 aggregate planning strategies produce production costs including Chase Strategy with a total cost of Rp 4,503,545,331, Workforce level & Inventory with a total cost of Rp 4,683,397,560, and a Workforce & overtime level with a total cost of Rp 5,368 .746,696. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the minimum or most efficient aggregate planning is by using a Chase Strategy that produces an efficiency of 4%.Keywords: Aggregate, Chase Strategy, Workforce Level & Inventory, Workforce Level & OvertimeAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan cara alternatif untuk membantu meminimumkan biaya dalam proses produksi dengan menggunakan metode peramalan dan strategi perencanaan agregat yang efektif dan sebaiknya diterapkan oleh CV. Sarana Kreasindo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. CV. Sarana Kreasindo adalah sebuah usaha manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang bahan bangunan, strategi perencanaan produksi yang digunakan adalah menerapkan pengrekrutan dan pemecatan karyawan. Hasil pembahasan penelitian ini menggunakan metode peramalan Least Square dan 3 strategi perencanaan agregat menghasilkan biaya produksi diantaranya Chase Strategy dengan total biaya Rp 4.503.545.331, Workforce level & Inventory dengan total biaya Rp 4.683.397.560, dan Level Workforce & overtime dengan total biaya Rp 5.368.746.696. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa perencanaan agregat yang paling minimum atau efisien yaitu dengan menggunakan Chase Strategy yang menghasilkan efisiensi sebesar 4%.Kata kunci: Agregat, Chase Strategy, Workforce Level & Inventory, Workforce Level & Overtime. |
