Abstract. Queue phenomenon is a common condition in life. The Queue application becomes a problem when there is no intermediate system. The explanation is the basis of this research, the Singapore Tourist Pass Counter is chosen to be the Research Object due to the situation that is suitable with the research needs. Queue system used by Singapore STP Counters is Single Channel Single Phase, but in its application there is a problem in waiting time of consumer, so needed Another Queue System that is Multi Channel Single Phase. Research Methods used in this case is a case study method is a research on the subject related to a specific phase or typical of the entire study. the type of research used is descriptive research type, which is about the type of research that describes the real phenomenon that occurred during the research with the data obtained. The results of this study indicate that Single Channel Single Phase queue system has an average waiting time of consumers above 5 minutes. This causes the consumer is not satisfied with the waiting time, after the use of Multi-Channel Single Phase queue system waiting time under 3 minutes.Keywords: Queue, Single Channel Single Phase,Multi-Channel Single Phase. Abstrak. Fenomena antrian merupakan suatu kondisi yang umum terjadi dalam kehidupan. Aplikasi Antrian menjadi suatu masalah ketika tidak adanya sistem yang menengahi. Pemaparan tersebut menjadi dasar dalam penelitian ini, Loket Singapore Tourist Pass dipilij menjadi Objek Penelitian dikarenakan situasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Sistem Antrian yang digunakan oleh Loket STP Singapura adalah Single Channel Single Phase, namun dalam penerapannya terjadi masalah dalam waktu tunggu konsumen, sehingga diperlukan Sistem Antrian lain yaitu Multi Channel Single Phase. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah metode studi kasus yaitu suatu penelitian mengenai subjek yang berkaitan dengan suatu fase spesifik atau khas dari keseluruhan penelitian. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif, yaitu mengenai jenis penelitian yang menggambarkan secara nyata perihal fenomena yang terjadi selama penelitian dengan data yang diperoleh. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem antrian Single Channel Single Phase memiliki rata- rata waktu tunggu konsumen diatas 5 menit. Hal ini menyebabkan konsumen tidak puas dengan waktu tunggu tersebut, setelah digunakan sistem antrian Multi-Channel Single Phase waktu tunggu dibawah 3 menit.Kata Kunci: Antrian, Single Channel Single Phase,Multi-Channel Single Phase. |
