Abstract. The objectives of this study was to obtain an overview of leadership style, motivation, employee performance, as well as the influence of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT Geo ACE. The method used in this research is descriptive method verification. A sample of 40 respondents obtained using saturated sampling technique. Meanwhile, data collection is done with interviews, questionnaires, and direct observation to obtain primary data. Secondary data collection is done by the research literature. Simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis used in this study to analyze the data statistically. Based on hypothesis testing using T test that the style of leadership and motivation positive and significant impact of motivation on employee performance. Partial results of this study show the influence of leadership style on employee performance amounted to 37,4% and the effect of motivation on employee performance amounted to 43,5%. Results of studies simultaneously using the F test, indicating that all of the independent variables significantly affect the performance of employees. Rated R Square of 0.757 which means that the effect of variable X (leadership style and motivation) to variable Y (employee performance) is at 75,7% while the remaining 24,3% influenced by other variables beyond the variables studied.Keywords: leadership style, motivation, employee performance.Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Geo ACE. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif. Sampel sebanyak 40 responden diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sementara itu, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi langsung untuk mendapatkan data primer. Pengumpulan data sekunder dilakukan dengan riset kepustakaan. Analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis data secara statistik. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,4% dan pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 43,5%. Hasil penelitian secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F, menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,757 yang dapat diartikan bahwa pengaruh variabel X (gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi) terhadap variabel Y (kinerja karyawan) adalah sebesar 75,7% sedangkan sisanya 24,3% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar variabel yang ditelitiKata kunci: gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, kinerja karyawan. |
