Abstract. This study aims to find out (1) How the use of information technology in OTO Multi Artha Bandung (2) How is the performance of OTO Multi Artha Bandung employees (3) What is the influence of information technology on the performance of OTO Multi Artha Bandung employees. The research method used in this study is descriptive verification. The technique of collecting data in this study is by conducting questionnaires, interviews and collecting documents relating to research. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) the results of the responses of respondents regarding the use of information technology in OTO Multi Artha Bandung are considered high (2) the results of respondents' responses regarding employee performance at OTO Multi Artha Bandung are considered high (3) the results of hypothesis testing show that information technology significant effect on the performance of OTO Multi Artha Bandung employees, with the magnitude of the influence of 59% .Keywords: Information Technology, Employee PerformanceAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana penggunaan teknologi informasi pada OTO Multi Artha Bandung (2) Bagaimana kinerja karyawan OTO Multi Artha Bandung (3) Bagaimana pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan OTO Multi Artha Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan kuisioner, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) hasil tanggapan responden mengenai penggunaan teknologi informasi pada OTO Multi Artha Bandung dinilai sudah tinggi (2) hasil tanggapan responden mengenai kinerja karyawan pada OTO Multi Artha Bandung dinilai sudah tinggi (3) hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan OTO Multi Artha Bandung,dengan besarnya pengaruh adalah sebesar 59%.Kata Kunci : Teknologi Informasi, Kinerja Karyawan |
