Abstract. The purpose of this study were to find out organization culture and leadership style, job satisfaction, and analyzing how Organization culture and leadership style can affect to job satisfaction. The subject of this study is PT Pos Indonesia located in Bandung which running in delivery services since 1746. The Method that used in this study is descriptive analysis and verificative using SPSS 24 for windows as data processor. Sampling method that used in this study using census sampling with 30 employees from Human Resources Division as respondents. Independent variable studied are Oorganization culture (X1) and leadership style (X2), while dependent variable is job satisfaction (Y). Questionnaire used as data collector. Result from this study conclude that: 1) Organization Culture Variable included in high category which mean affect to employees performance. 2) Leadership Style Variable included in hig category which mean affect to employees performances. 3) Job Satisfaction Variable included in high category which mean significally affect to employees privat and work life. 4) Organization culture has 14,5% impact. 5) Leadership Style has 67,2% impact. 6) Organization Culture and Leadership Style simultaneously has influence 67,9% 7) Organization Culture and Leadership Style has influence on Job satisfaction in PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung.Keywords: Organization Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction Abstrak. Melalui penelitian ini tujuan yang diangkat yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan, mengkaji bagaimana kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada salah satu Badan Usaha Miliki Negara (BUMN) yaitu PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) di kota Bandung yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pengiriman dan berdiri sejak tahun 1746. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang pengolahan datanya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24 for windows. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling sensus. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang karyawan dari Divisi Pelayanan Sumber Daya Manusia) di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Variabel bebas yang dikaji dalam penelitian berupa Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) sedangkan untuk variabel terikat berupa Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Y). pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner.Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Budaya Organisasi termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Variabel Stres Kerja termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Variabel Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kehidupan pribadi dan kerja karyawan. 4) Pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi sebesar 14,5%. 5) Pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan sebesar 60,7%. 6) Variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh 67,9% terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan 7) Variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) di Bandung.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
