Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan yang ideal bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi karena mengandung semua nutrisi penting serta mengandung antibodi yang penting untuk daya tahan terhadap penyakit terutama untuk 6 bulan pertama. Menurut data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RISKESDAS) tahun 2018, cakupan ASI eksklusif di Indonesia belum mencapai target. Salah satu alasan ibu tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif adalah karena ibu bekerja. Pemberian ASI eksklusif juga dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang penyimpanan ASI dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada karyawati PT X tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode analitik observasional dan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawati PT X yang memiliki bayi/balita berusia 6-24 bulan berjumlah 90 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang tervalidasi mengenai pengetahuan tentang penyimpanan ASI serta pemberian ASI eksklusif. Data dianalisis dengan uji Fisher’s Exact menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan tentang penyimpanan ASI yang masih kurang yaitu sebanyak 60% responden dan hanya 16,67% responden yang memberikan ASI eksklusif. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang penyimpanan ASI dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif oleh karyawati PT X tahun 2018.Breast milk is an ideal food for babies growth and development because it contains important nutrients and antibodies that are important for immunity, especially for the first 6 months. According to Basic Health Survey’s data in 2018, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia has not reached the target. Yet many working mother still does not give exclusive breastfeeding. Exclusive breastfeeding is also influenced by knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge about breast milk storage with exclusive breastfeeding on X company’s female employees in 2018. This study was quantitative with observational analytic method and cross sectional design. The research sample was X company’s female employees who had babies/toddlers aged 6-24 months to get 90 people. The instrument of data collection consisted of a validated questionnaire about knowledge about breast milk storage and exclusive breastfeeding. Data were analyzed by Fisher's Exact test using SPSS software. The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents had lack of knowledge about storing breast milk (60%) and only 16.67% of respondents who gave exclusive breastfeeding. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge about breast milk storage and exclusive breastfeeding by X company’s female employees in 2018.
