Abstract. This research is based on the phenomenon that occurs that the importance of democratic leadership style and motivation within the company to improve employee performance. Thus this research was conducted with the aim to find out the level of Democratic Leadership Style, Motivation and Employee Performance at PT. X. And analyze how the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT. X, how the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT.X, and how the influence of democratic leadership style and motivation on employee performance at PT. X. This research concludes that: 1) Democratic Leadership Style in PT. X is categorized as not good. 2) Motivation at PT. X included in the excellent category. 3) Employee Performance at PT. X included in the excellent category. 4) Leadership style partially does not significantly influence employee performance. 5) Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. 6) Democratic Leadership Style and Motivation have significant simultaneous influence. From this study, it was concluded that there was an influence between Democratic Leadership Style and Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi bahwa pentingnya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan motivasi didalam perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. X. Serta menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. X, bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. X, dan bagaimana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. X. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis di PT. termasuk kategori tidak baik. 2) Motivasi di PT. X termasuk kategori sangat baik. 3) Kinerja Karyawan di PT. X termasuk kategori sangat baik. 4) Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 5) Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 6) Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Motivasi terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan. Dari penelitian ini ditarik kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.
