Abstract. This study aims to determine the Effect of Syndicated Loans and Leverage Financing on Profitability (Return On Assets). This study uses descriptive methods with survey techniques on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 with secondary analysis using quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the statistical test program. The results of this study indicate the effect of Syndicated and Leverage Financing on Profitability (Return On Assets) simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that the Syndicated Loans variable proxied by LN has a significant effect on Profitability (ROA). And the Leverage variable proxied by (DER) has a significant effect on Profitability (ROA). This is evidenced by the influence of the Syndication variable, and DER on Profitability (ROA) of 59.6% and 40.6% influenced by other variables. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pembiayaan Sindikasi dan Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) Terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei pada perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018 dengan analisis sekunder menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program pengujian hasil statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh Pembiayaan Sindikasi dan Leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio) Terhadap Profitabilitas (Return On Assets) secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pembiayaan Sindikasi yang di proksikan LN mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Dan variabel Leverage yang di proksikan oleh (DER) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan besarnya pengaruh variabel Sindikasi, dan DER terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) sebesar 59.6% dan 40.4% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya.Kata kunci: Pembiayaan Sindikasi, Leverage, Profitabilitas |
