Abstract.This study examines the effect of dividend policy on firm value by using Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure as a moderating variable. Dividend policy factors are measured using the Dividend Payout Ratio ratio. While the value of the company is measured using Tobin's Q. The object of this study is non-financial companies listed in the SRI-KEHATI Index for the 2015-2018 period. The sample research technique was conducted using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 8 companies with 32 observations. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements and stock price reports obtained from www.idx.co.id. Data analysis test tool in this study used the analysis of the T test hypothesis test using SPSS 16. The results showed that partially, the DPR and CSR had a significant influence on Company Value, With the presence of CSR variables as moderation influenced and strengthened the relationship of the DPR to Company Value. This can be seen from the increase in the coefficient of determination by 1% after the inclusion of CSR variables.Keywords: Dividend Payout Ratio, Corporate Social Responsibility, Tobin's Q, SRI-KEHATI IndexAbstrak. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan non-financial yang terdaftar dalam Indeks SRI-KEHATI periode 2015-2017. Teknik penelitian sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 8 perusahaan dengan 32 pengamatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan harga saham yang diperoleh dari www.idx.co.id. Alat uji analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji hipotesis uji T dengan menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, DPR dan CSR mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Dengan adanya variabel CSR sebagai moderasi mempengaruhi serta memperkuat hubungan DPR terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hal ini terlihat dari kenaikan koefisien determinasi sebesar 1% setelah dimasukkan nya variabel CSR.Kata kunci: Deviden Payout Ratio, Corporate Social Responsibility, Tobin’s Q, Indeks SRI-KEHATI.
