Abstract, Article 28 H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution states that every person has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity, to live and to have a good and healthy environment and to be entitled to health services. In addition, Article 40 of the Human Rights Law stipulates that every person has the right to live and live properly. Given the right to get a place to stay is given a house or residence one of them in the form of flats. To regulate the apartment in its administration, the government issued Law No. 20 of 2011 concerning Flats. One of the stipulations in the regulation is the implementation of flats aimed at ensuring the realization of livable and affordable flats in a healthy, safe, harmonious and sustainable environment and creating integrated settlements to build economic, social and cultural resilience. The results of this study are the regulations regarding flats through indicators of the fulfillment of decent houses that have not been fully fulfilled in Bandung Cingised Simple Flats. One of the factors that has not been fulfilled is the limited space provided from each sarusun which causes no special room to be used as a privacy space between parents and children.Keywords: Simple Rental Apartments, Decent House Indicator, Privacy Space.Abstrak, Pasal 28 H ayat (1) UUD 1945 menyatakan bahwa setiap orang berhak hidup sejahtera lahir dan batin, bertempat tinggal, dan mendapatkan lingkungan hidup yang baik dan sehat serta berhak memperoleh pelayan kesehatan. Selain itu, Pasal 40 Undang-Undang Hak Asasi Manusia menetapkan bahwa setiap orang berhak untuk bertempat tinggal serta berkehidupan yang layak. Diberikannya hak untuk mendapatkan tempat tinggal adalah diberikannya rumah atau hunian salah satunya dalam bentuk rumah susun. Untuk mengatur rumah susun dalam penyelenggaraannya, pemerintah menerbitkan Undang-Undang No 20 Tahun 2011 tentang Rumah Susun. Salah satu yang diatur dalam peraturan tersebut adalah penyelenggaraan rumah susun bertujuan untuk menjamin terwujudnya rumah susun yang layak huni dan terjangkau dalam lingkungan yang sehat, aman, harmonis, dan berkelanjutan serta menciptakan permukiman yang terpadu guna membangun ketahanan ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peraturan mengenai rumah susun melalui indikator pemenuhan atas rumah yang layak belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi di Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa Cingised Kota Bandung. Salah satu faktor yang belum terpenuhinya adalah terbatasnya ruang yang disediakan dari setiap sarusun yang menyebabkan tidak adanya ruangan khusus untuk dijadikan ruang privasi antara orang tua dan anak.Kata Kunci : Rumah Susun Sederhana Sewa, Indikator Rumah Layak, Ruang Privasi |
