dc.description Abstract. Raw material inventory control is a set of control policies to determine the level of raw material inventory and ensure the fulfillment of demand for goods. This study aims to determine the most effective use of raw material inventory methods at Vitasari Bakery Kurdi Bandung, by applying the Just In Time Inventory Control (JIT/EOQ) model to determine the optimal ordering quantity, ordering frequency, and the total minimum inventory cost of cheese raw material then compared to the policies made by the company. The Just In Time Inventory Control (JIT/EOQ) method is a combination of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model and the Just In Time (JIT) method which focuses on achieving zero inventory so that it will affect the level of inventory costs to a minimum. The results showed that using the Just In Time Inventory Control (JIT / EOQ) optimal order quantity  was 511.68 kg of cheese with a frequency of ordering  5 times. The total cost generated by the Just In Time Inventory Control (JIT / EOQ) model is Rp. 1,666,036.Keywords: Raw Material Inventory Control, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Just In Time (JIT), Just In Time Inventory Control (JT/EOQ).Abstrak. Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku merupakan serangkaian kebijakan pengendalian untuk menentukan tingkat persediaan bahan baku serta menjamin terpenuhinya permintaan terhadap barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan metode persediaan bahan baku pada Vitasari Bakery Kurdi Bandung yang paling efektif, dengan mengaplikasikan model Just In Time Inventory Control (JIT/EOQ) untuk menentukan kuantitas pemesanan yang optimal, frekuensi pemesanan, dan total biaya persediaan minimum bahan baku keju kemudian dibandingkan dengan kebijakan yang dilakukan perusahaan. Metode Just In Time Inventory Control (JIT/EOQ) merupakan kombinasi antara model Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan metode Just In Time (JIT) yang memfokuskan kepada tercapainya persediaan nol sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat biaya persediaan menjadi minimum. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa menggunakan model Just In Time Inventory Control (JIT/EOQ) kuantitas pemesanan yang optimal  sebesar 511,68 kg keju dengan frekuensi pemesanan  sebanyak 5 kali. Biaya total yang dihasilkan oleh model Just In Time Inventory Control (JIT/EOQ) sebesar Rp. 1.666.036,-.Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Just In Time (JIT), Just In Time Inventory Control (JT/EOQ).
