Abstract. PT. Leuwitex is a manufacturing company that produces zibda, zet black + suiting and printing + knitting fabrics. The fabric manufacturing process is divided into 3 parts, namely dyeing, zet black, and printing. The main product that is the focus of research is the zibda fabric in the dyeing process because it often causes defects of up to 6.03%, while the limit set by the company is 5%, then efforts are needed to reduce the percentage of defects. This research is to minimize the level of disability by proposing improvements to the quality of dyed fabric products using the TRIZ method and quality control tools. There are 5 stages of research namely identifying the type of defect using a check sheet, determining the type of priority defect that is crese mark using pareto, identifying the causes of defects with fishbone (6 main causes namely unclear procedures, decreased engine performance, lack of water disposal facilities, less skilled operators, operators tired, the number of fabrics that are not according to the needs), classifying the problem with 39 TRIZ parameters which subsequently making a contradiction matrix and formulating the problem by making a proposed improvement based on an ideal solution 40 creative principles (renewing the jet dyeing machine SOP, engine checking form + note in the calendar, Skill report form, pallet design, checking form parting + sticker, addition of boots and drainage facilities.Keywords: Quality, Disability, TRIZ. Abstrak. PT.Leuwitex merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi jenis kain zibda, zet black+suiting dan printing+knitting. Proses pembuatan kain dibedakan menjadi 3 bagian yaitu pencelupan, zet black, dan printing. Produk utama yang menjadi fokus penelitian yaitu kain zibda pada proses pencelupan karena sering menimbulkan cacat hingga 6,03 %, sedangkan batas yang ditetapkan perusahaan yaitu 5 %, maka diperlukan upaya untuk menurunkan presentase cacat. Penelitian ini untuk meminimasi tingkat kecacatan dengan melakukan usulan perbaikan terhadap kualitas produk kain celup menggunakan metode TRIZ dan alat pengendalian kualitas. Terdapat 5 tahap penelitian yaitu mengidentifikasi jenis cacat menggunakan check sheet, menentukan jenis cacat prioritas yaitu crese mark menggunakan pareto, mengidentifikasi penyebab cacat dengan fishbone (6 penyebab utama yaitu prosedur kurang jelas, performa mesin menurun, kurangnya fasilitas pembuangan air, operator kurang terampil, operator lelah, jumlah kain yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan), mengklasifikasi masalah dengan 39 parameter TRIZ yang selanjutnya pembuatan matriks kontradiksi serta perumusan masalah dengan membuat usulan perbaikan berdasarkan solusi ideal 40 prinsip kreatif (pembaharuan SOP mesin jet dyeing, form pengecekan mesin + note dalam penanggalan, form report skill, rancangan pallet, form pengecekan pada pemartaian + tanda (sticker), penambahan fasilitas boots dan drainase).Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Kecacatan, TRIZ. |
