dc.description Abstract. In the Cynthia shop, Pasar Baru, Bandung city, there is a marketing strategy for Muslim clothing that sells syar'I robes and robes. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the marketing strategy of Muslim clothing in Cynthia stores, Pasar Baru City, Bandung City, how to analyze marketing strategies on increasing sales of Muslim clothing in Cynthia stores, Pasar Baru Bandung using the Soy method This study aims to answer the problem formulations above and the method used is the soar method. Results of the study: First, Cynthia's store has 2 marketing strategy factors, namely internal and external. Internal, namely segmentation, targeting and positioning. External, namely the bargaining power of buyers, bargaining power of suppliers, substitute products, the entry of new entrants and competition among companies in the industry. Second, In an effort to increase sales of Muslim clothing, Cynthia stores carry out Strength Aspirations Strategy, Strength Result Strategy, Opportunity Aspirations Strategy and Opportunity Result Strategy.Keywords: Marketing strategy, SOAR, Sales IncreaseAbstrak. Di toko cynthia pasar baru kota bandung terdapat strategi pemasaran busana muslim yang menjual gamis syar’I dan gamis. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana strategi pemasaran busana muslim di toko cynthia pasar baru kota bandung, bagaimana analisis strategi pemasaran terhadap peningkatan penjualan busana muslim di toko cynthia pasar baru kota bandung menggunakan metode soar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjawab rumusan masalah diatas dan metode yang digunakan yaitu metode soar. Hasil dari penelitian: Pertama, toko cynthia mempunyai 2 faktor strategi pemasaran yaitu internal dan ekternal. Internal yaitu segmentation, targeting dan positioning. Ekternal yaitu kekuatan tawar-menawar pembeli, kekuatan tawar-menawar pemasok, produk pengganti, masuknya pendatang baru dan persaingan sesama perusahaan dalam industri. Kedua, dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan busana muslim toko cynthia melakukan Strategi Strength Aspirations, Strategi Strength Result, Strategi Opportunity Aspirations dan Strategi Opportunity ResultKata Kunci: strategi Pemasaran, SOAR, Peningkatan Penjualan
