Abstract. Erosion causes losses both directly and indirectly to the environment and society, including losses in decreasing land productivity, riverine silting and silting, landslides and flash floods. In this case, one of the factors causing the loss is cropping patterns that do not comply with the rules of soil and water conservation, such as annual crops which are mostly done are vegetables with monoculture planting patterns on critical land. In this case the author would like to examine how the practice of cropping patterns in the village of Cibeurem and how to review the problem of the problem of growing vegetables in the Village of Cibeureum, District of Paperari, Bandung Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method whose data is collected by the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data is then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis methods with inductive thought patterns. The results of this study are that first, the vegetable planting pattern by implementing conservation has not been fully implemented, the terrace reinforcement is rarely applied and the vegetable cropping system is still planted in the direction of the slope so that it can still cause erosion. Second, Maslahah mursalah views that the practice of growing vegetables has caused losses to the community. Because it has threatened the purpose of the Shariah 'because the loss is greater than the benefits, which of the people threatened the safety of their livesKeywords: Maslahah Mursalah, Planting Pattern, Vegetable FarmersAbstrak. Erosi menyebabkan kerugian baik langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap lingkungan serta masyarakat, kerugian tersebut antara lain menurunnya produktifitas tanah, pelumpuran dan pendangkalan sungai, longsor dan banjir bandang. Dalam hal ini salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kerugian tersebut yaitu pola tanam yang tidak mematuhi kaidah konservasi tanah dan air, seperti tanaman semusim yang banyak dilakukan adalah sayuran dengan pola tanam monokultur pada lahan kritis. Dalam hal ini penulis ingin meneliti bagaimana praktik pola tanam di desa Cibeurem dan bagaimana tinjauan maslahah mursalah terhadap pola tanam sayuran di Desa Cibeureum Kecamatan Kertasari Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang datanya dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pola pikir induktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pertama, pola tanam sayuran dengan menerapkan konservasi belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan, penguat teras jarang diterapkan dan sistem pola tanam sayuran masih ditanam searah lereng sehingga masih dapat menyebabkan erosi. Kedua, Maslahah mursalah memandang bahwa praktik pola tanam sayuran telah menimbulkan kerugian bagi masyarakat. Karena hal tersebut telah mengancam tujuan syara’ karena kerugiannya lebih besar dibandingkan manfaatnya, yang mana dari masyarakat terancam keselamatan jiwanya.Kata Kunci : Maslahah Mursalah, Pola Tanam, Petani Sayuran |
