Abstract. The Correctional Center is an institution to carry out social guidance and supervision. In accordance with Law Number. 12 of 1995 concerning the task of community counseling and child alleviation in accordance with the Laws and Regulations. The task of the correctional center is to facilitate the duties of investigators, public prosecutors and judges in cases of delinquent children, both inside and outside the juvenile court. Human Rights issued a House Assimilation Program for Prisoners and Children as regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number. 10 of 2020, regarding the Terms of Providing Assimilation and Integration Rights for Prisoners and Children, in the Context of Preventing and Combating the Spread of COVID-19. This regulation was created and designed to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 Virus in a Prison Environment. This program is the role of the Correctional Center, especially the Community Guidance (PK), is to carry out an online surveillance program for correctional clients. Supervision is carried out using social media technology, in the form of Video Calls, Whatsapp, Phone, and SMS. This activity is adjusted to the schedule that has been made by the Community Advisor for the client. It is hoped that this online surveillance will be able to comply with the Covid-19 prevention health protocol enforced by the government. With the hope of breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19. The expected result from the making of this thesis is that the Correctional Center has an active role in supervising prisoners and children in the Covid-19 Assimilation program. Abstrak.Balai Pemasyarakatan merupakan pranata untuk melaksanakan bimbingan dan pengawasan kemasyarakatan. Sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor. 12 tahun 1995 tentang tugas pembimbing kemasyarakatan dan pengentasan anak sesuai dengan peraturan perUndang-Undangan. Tugas Balai Pemasyarakatan adalah, memperlancar tugas penyidik,penuntut umum, dan hakim dalam perkara anak nakal, baik di dalam maupun di luar sidang anak. Pada permaslashan kali ini, adanya penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia,yang menyebabkan beberapa Instansi termasuk Kementrian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia mengeluarkan Program Asimilasi Rumah Bagi Narapidana dan Anak yang diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI Nomor. 10 Tahun 2020, tentang Syarat Pemberian Asimilasi dan Hak Integrasi bagi Narapidana dan Anak ,Dalam Rangka Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Penyebaran COVID-19. Peraturan ini dibuat dan dirancang untuk mengurangi penyebaran Virus Covid-19 di Lingkungan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Program ini peran Balai Pemasyarakatan khususnya Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan (PK) berfungsi untuk melaksanakan program pengawasan secara Daring kepada klien pemasyarakatan. Pengawasan yang dilakukan dengan teknologi media sosial, berupa Video Call, Whatsapp, Telpon, dan Sms. Kegiatan ini disesuaikan dengan jadwal yang telah di buat oleh Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan terhadap klien. Berlakunya pengawasan secara daring ini, diharapkan dapat memenuhi protokol kesehatan pencegahan Covid-19 yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah. Dengan harapan memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19.Hasil yang diharapkan dari pembuatan skripsi ini adalah, Balai Pemasyarakatan memiliki peran aktif dalam melakukan pengawasan bagi narapidana dan anak pada program Asimilasi Covid-19. |
