Abstract. With the increasing development of technology, this is in line with the increasing behavior of cybersex in Indonesia, the city of Bandung is one of the top 5 accessers of pornographic sites in Indonesia. One of the factors for someone doing cybersex is personality. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the data regarding the closeness of the relationship between personality types and cybersex behavior in the city of Bandung. The research approach used in this research is quantitative, correlational. The number of participants involved in this study were as many as 120 cybersex perpetrators in the city of Bandung. The instruments used in this study were the Internet Sex Screenig Test to measure cybersex and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Brief version (EPQ-BV) to measure personality types. The data analysis in this study used the Spearman rank. The results obtained show that there is no relationship between extraversion and cybersex personality types, as well as a very weak relationship between neuroticism personality types and cybersex behavior.Keywords: cybersex, extraversion, neuroticism, tipe kepribadianAbstrak. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin meningkat, hal ini sejalan dengan perilaku cybersex di Indonesia yang semakin meningkat, Kota Bandung termasuk kedalam 5 pengakses situs pornografi di Indonesia terbanyak. Salah satu faktor seseorang melakukan cybersex adalah kepribadian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran data mengenai keeratan hubungan antara tipe kepribadian dengan perilaku cybersex di kota Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, korelasional. Jumlah partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 orang pelaku cybersex di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Internet Sex Screenig Test untuk mengukur cybersex dan Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Brief version (EPQ-BV) untuk mengukur tipe kepribadian. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan rank spearman. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan tipe kepribadian extraversion dengan cybersex, begitu pula terdapat hubungan sangat lemah antara tipe kepribadian neuroticism dengan perilaku cybersex.Kata Kunci: cybersex, extraversion, neuroticism, tipe kepribadian |
