Abstract. Gastritis is an inflammatory process in mucosa and submucosa of the stomach. Consuming osteoarthritis medicines such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) freely without appropriate medicine use rules is also often done and causing gastrointestinal disease. According to WHO in 2010, it was included in 10 diseases with a high incidence. The purpose of this research was to determine which gastritis medicine regimens were given to osteoarthritis patients and determine the rationality of the treatment. This research was an analytical research with a quantitative descriptive research design and the data collection was carried out retrospectively. The data taken in the form of quantitative data from medical records of osteoarthritis patients who were prescribed gastritis medicines. The research result obtained was rationality in terms of 4 accuracy. The results of the analysis showed that some of the accuracy was 100% correct, if it was viewed from the dose and the patient has been rational but for the accuracy of the medicine and the indication, it has not been rational. The role of the pharmacist was very influential in the evaluation stage of medicine use to patients.Keywords : Evaluation, Gastritis, Osteoarthritis, RationalityAbstrak. Gastritis adalah proses inflamasi pada mukosa dan submukosa lambung. Mengkonsumsi obat-obatan osteoartritis seperti golongan obat antiinflamasi non steroid (NSAIDS) secara bebas tanpa aturan pakai obat yang sesuai juga sering dilakukan dan menyebabkan penyakit saluran cerna. Menurut WHO pada tahun 2010 gastritis masuk ke dalam 10 penyakit dengan angka kejadian tinggi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui regimen obat gastritis apa saja yang diberikan pada pasien osteoartritis dan mengetahui rasionalitas pengobatannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan rancangan penelitian secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan retrospektif dan data yang diambil berupa data kuantitatif dari rekam medik penderita osteoartritis yang diresepkan obat gastritis. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu rasionalitas ditinjau dari 4 ketepatan maka di dapatkan hasil analisis bahwa sebagian ketepatan bernilai 100 % tepat, apabila ditinjau dari dosis dan pasien sudah rasional tetapi untuk ketepatan obat dan indikasi belum rasional. Peran apoteker sangat berpengaruh pada tahap evaluasi penggunaan obat kepada pasien.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Gastritis, Osteoarthritis, Rasionalitas |
