dc.description Abstract. In the last ten years, there has been a significant increase in cases of fungal infections. Along with the development of science and technology, alternative methods have emerged to kill or inhibit the growth of fungi in addition to the use of antifungal, namely the Photodynamic Therapy or PDT method. PDT uses Photosensitizer (PS) and visible light in the presence of oxygen produces cytotoxic reactive species. The phthalocyanine compound is one of the candidates for Photosensitizer which allows many elements to be incorporated into their structure. One of them is Co and Ni metals. In previous studies, research has been carried out comparing the antifungal activity of ptalocyanine derivatives with Co and Ni metals against Aspergillus niger fungi in vitro, and the results of the study showed that Co metals have a better inhibitory effect than Ni metals . The receptors used in this study are 3-phytase-B receptors with the in silico method. The aim of the study was to determine the highest photodynamic therapeutic activity in inhibiting the growth of the fungus Aspergillus niger between the phthalocyanine compounds labeled Co and Ni metal against 3-phytase-B receptors in Aspergillus niger fungi. The result it was found that the phthalocyanine compound labeled with Ni metal had the highest photodynamic therapeutic activity in inhibiting the growth of the fungus Aspergillus niger because it had six parameters that were better than the phthalocyanine compound labeled with Co metal. Keywords : Antifungal, Aspergillus Niger, 3-phytase-B, Photosensitizer, Photodynamic Therapy.
