Abstract. The traffic situation in Bandung city is so congested that traffic can be found until any time, since the morning till afternoon even at night. toll road is one alternative to avoid traffic jams. Pasteur toll gate has become a very important toll gate in the city of Bandung, with the number of vehicles entering or exiting the toll gate Pasteur causes queues before entering the service substationqueue due to the arrival rate that exceeds the service capacity, and the ser time is quite long. because of the frequent long queues of PT. Jasa Marga applies the e-Toll payment system. to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of the E-Toll payment system in overcoming the queue problem at the Pasteur toll gate, can be measured by the queuing model (M / M / n). by knowing the cash queue payment model, e-toll payment, an payment with other transaction modes so that the most effective payment method is obtained. based on the results of data analysis of the application of e-toll at the gate of the Pasteur is effective because it can reduce the length of the queue and service time. however Malaysia and Japan toll transaction methods are far more effective because the probability of no queues in the system is very large namely Malaysia at 2.05% and Japan at 36.87% while the e-toll applied in Indonesia is only 0.06%.Keywords: queue, toll gate Pasteur, Model queue (M/M/n), E-TollAbstrak. Situasi lalu lintas di kota Bandung begitu padat sehingga kemacetan dapat ditemukan hampir di setiap waktu, mulai pagi sampai sore bahkan malah hari pun terkadang masih terjadi kemacetan. Jalan tol menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk menghindari kemacetan. Gerbang tol Pasteur menjadi gerbang tol yang sangat diperlukan di kota Bandung, dengan banyaknya kendaraan yang masuk ataupun keluar gerbang tol pasteur menyebabkan antrian sebelum masuk ke gardu pelayanan. Antrian disebabkan tingkat kedatangan yang melebihi kapasitas pelayanan, serta waktu pelayanan yang lumayan lama. Karena sering terjadi antrian panjang PT. Jasa Marga menerapkan sistem pembayaran E-Toll. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan sistem pembayaran E-Toll dalam mengatasi permasalahan antrian di gerbang tol Pasteur, dapat diukur dengan model antrian (M/M/n). Dengan mengetahui model antrian pembayaran tunai, pembayaran e-toll, dan pembayaran dengan metode transaksi lain sehingga didapat metode pembayaran paling efektif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penerapan e-toll di gerbang tol Pasteur efektif karena dapat mengurangi panjang antrian dan waktu pelayanan. Akan tetapi metode transaksi tol Malaysia dan Jepang jauh lebih efektif karena probabilitas tidak ada antrian dalam sistem sangat besar yaitu Malaysia sebesar 2,05% dan Jepang sebesar 36,87% sedangkan e-toll yang diterapkan di Indonesia hanya sebesar 0,06%.Kata Kunci: antrian, gerbang tol Pasteur, model antrian (M/M/n), e-toll |
