Abstract. In this research, the Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression (GWPR) method will be used as statistics to analyze spatial data. GWPR is a local form of Poisson regression where the data collection location is considered which assumes that the data is Poisson distributed. Poisson regression analysis is also a regression method used to analyze data where the dependent variable is discrete data. In Poisson regression, there are assumptions that must be met, namely heteroscedasticity. Heteroscedastic assumption testing can use the Breusch-Pagan Test. The data used in this study were cases of maternal mortality and the factors that influence them in West Java Province. To get the best model, a number of models must be evaluated and the AIC value for each model must be compared. The best model is the model with the lowest AIC value. Based on the AIC value between the Poisson regression model and the GWPR model, it is known that the GWPR model with a weighted gaussian kernel function is a better model to use to analyze the number of cases of infant mortality in West Java Province.Keywords: Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression, Regresi Poisson, Maternal Mortality Rate.Abstrak. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression (GWPR) sebagai statistik untuk menganalisis data spasial. GWPR adalah bentuk lokal dari regresi Poisson dimana lokasi pengambilan data diperhatikan yang berasumsi bahwa data berdistribusi Poisson Analisis regresi Poisson juga merupakan metode regresi yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang variabel dependennya berupa data diskrit. Pada regresi Poisson terdapat asumsi yang harus dipenuhi, yaitu heteroskedastis. Pengujian asumsi heteroskedastis dapat menggunakan Breusch-Pagan Test. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini kasus angka kematian ibu maternal dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi di Provinsi Jawa Barat. Untuk mendapatkan model terbaik maka sejumlah model harus dievaluasi dan nilai AIC untuk setiap model harus dibandingkan. Model yang terbaik adalah model dengan nilai AIC terendah. Berdasarkan nilai AIC antara model regresi poisson dan model GWPR, diketahui model GWPR dengan pembobot fungsi kernel gaussian merupakan model yang lebih baik digunakan untuk menganalisis jumlah kasus angka kematian bayi di Provinsi Jawa Barat.Kata Kunci: Geographically Weighted Poisson Regression, Regresi Poisson, Angka Kematian Ibu Maternal.
