Abstract. Cirebon City is an attraction for people outside Cirebon city to enter Cirebon in order to develop a business or work. As a result the number of population grows and sprung the industrial areas, while the availability of land in the city does not undergo expansion then the pattern of development of land use becomes less regular, this raises the tendency that makes the city uncomfortable, unsafe, inefficient and this becomes a problem of urban classics anywhere. Based on This, it is necessary to do land cover change research in Cirebon City, the method used to see the change of land cover of Cirebon in the future is to use Supervised Land cover classification and Cellular automata analysis. Data used include satellite imagery of Landsat-7 SLC-on path/row 121/065 year 1999, satellite imagery of Landsat-8, OLI/TIRS path/row 121/065 year 2009, Landsat-8, OLI/TIRS path/row 121/065 year 2019, the existing road network map, slope map, altitude map, population density map, and other driving factor map. The result of classification of land cover of 1999 – 2019 shows the change in the area of land that wokeup. The Accuracy value obtained based on the validation process indicating the accuracy value of 0.7860. According to the table of parameters used is index kappa, the value of accuracy belongs to good category (good). The increase of land cover especially the land woke up by 17.85% with the difference between the area in the year 2019 with the year prediction 2031. Based on the predicted results of land cover distribution is more likely to spread towards the south of Cirebon.Keywords: Supervised, Cellular Automata (CA), Satellite imagery, Landsat, Cirebon City.Abstrak. Kota Cirebon merupakan daya tarik bagi penduduk luar Kota Cirebon untuk masuk ke Cirebon dalam rangka mengembangkan usaha ataupun pekerjaan. Akibatnya jumlah penduduk bertambah banyak dan bermunculan daerah-daerah industri, sementara ketersediaan tanah di perkotaan tidak mengalami perluasan maka pola perkembangan penggunaan lahan menjadi kurang teratur, hal ini menimbulkan kecenderungan yang membuat kota tidak nyaman, tidak aman, tidak efisien dan ini menjadi masalah klasik perkotaan dimana saja. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian perubahan tutupan lahan di Kota Cirebon, metode yang digunakan untuk melihat perubahan tutupan lahan kota Cirebon pada masa yang akan datang adalah menggunakan Klasifikasi Tutupan Lahan Supervised dan analisis Cellular Automata. Data-data yang digunakan antara lain citra satelit Landsat-7 SLC-on path/row 121/065 tahun 1999, citra satelit Landsat-8 OLI/TIRS path/row 121/065 tahun 2009, citra satelit Landsat-9 OLI/TIRS path/row 121/065 tahun 2019, peta jaringan jalan eksisting, peta kemiringan/slope, peta ketinggian, peta kepadatan penduduk, dan peta faktor pendorong lainnya. Hasil dari klasifikasi dari hasil tutupan lahan tahun 1999 – 2019 menunjukan perubahan luas lahan yang terbangun. Nilai akurasi yang diperoleh berdasarkan proses validasi yang menunjukkan nilai akurasi sebesar 0.7860 . menurut tabel parameter yang digunakan yaitu index kappa, nilai akurasi tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori baik (Good). Peningkatan tutupan lahan khususnya lahan terbangun sebesar 17,85% yaitu dengan selisih antara luasan pada tahun 2019 dengan tahun prediksi 2031. Berdasarkan hasil prediksi tersebut arahan persebaran tutupan lahan terbangun lebih cenderung menyebar kearah selatan Kota Cirebon.Kata Kunci: Supervised, Cellular Automata (CA), Citra Satelit, Landsat, Kota Cirebon. |
