Abstract. PT Nurmuda Cahaya was founded in 1990, and is engaged in manufacturing (production) of andesite stone mining. since its inception, PT Nurmuda Cahaya is currently the manager of a mine located on Rd Cimareme Km.5 No. 69 A, Batujajar village east of the Batujajar sub-district, West Bandung. Mining is an activity where the business carried out has a large capital and technology that exists to support all the needs and mining activities, such as the need for digging-loading equipment and transportation equipment because this tool is a very important tool to support all mining activities that do. Where each tool has its own work efficiency where the work efficiency of this tool is influenced by several factors such as material size, mining location, operator, tool age and so on.To replace old equipment with new equipment, it is necessary to do a study both technically and economically, so that it can be assessed whether or not the mining equipment is suitable for replacement. In conducting technical studies, one of them uses calculating mechanical efficiency while the economic study uses the analysis of present worth cost to assess whether or not the tool is replaced economically and technical studies include the productivity of the tool so that it can be decided to replace or not. Based on the results of the analysis carried out at PT. Nurmuda Cahaya for loading and unloading equipment has an efficiency of around 32.7%, the low value of efficiency is affected by the length of standby time of the tool, while the Present Worth Cost of the digging tool is IDR 1.072.856.985 / year and for Present Worth Cost of the digging tool new amounting to Rp. 3.032.901.171 / year. And the current Unit Cost loading and unloading equipment is Rp. 9.907 / BCM and new equipment is Rp. 4483,55 / BCM.To increase the production of digging-loading equipment, it is now necessary to replace it with a new one and it may be more effective by adding a conveyance which in the current situation in the field of loading-digging device must wait so that time becomes the time of the loading and unloading tool.Keywords: Mechanical Efficiency, Productivity, Operating Costs, Present Worth Cost Tools, Unit cost.Abstrak. PT Nurmuda Cahaya didirikan pada tahun 1990, dan bergerak di bidang usaha pertambangan batu andesit. Sejak awal berdiri hingga saat ini PT Nurmuda Cahaya sebagai pengelola tambang yang beralokasi di Jalan Raya Cimareme Km.5 No 69 A, Desa Batujajar Timur, Kecamatan Batujajar, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pertambangan merupakan suatu kegiatan dimana usaha yang dilakukan memiliki modal yang besar dan teknologi untuk menunjang segala kebutuhan dan kegiatan penambangan tersebut, seperti pada kebutuhan akan alat gali-muat dan alat angkut, karena alat ini merupakan alat yang sangat penting untuk menunjang segala kegiatan penambangan yang dilakukan. Setiap alat memiliki efisiensi kerja masing-masing dimana efisiensi kerja alat ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperi ukuran material, lokasi penambangan, operator, umur alat dan lain sebagainya.Untuk melakukan penggantian peralatan lama dengan peralatan baru perlu dilakukan suatu kajian baik secara teknis maupun ekonomi, sehingga dapat dinilai layak atau tidaknya peralatan tambang tersebut untuk dilakukan penggantian. Didalam melakukan kajian teknis salah satunya menggunakan mengitung efisiensi mekanis sedangkan untuk kajian ekonominya menggunakan analisis Present Worth Cost untuk menilai layak tidaknya alat tersebut diganti secara ekonomi. Kajian teknis meliputi produktivitas alat tersebut, sehingga dapat diputuskan peralatan tersebut perlu dilakukan penggantian atau tidak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada PT. Nurmuda Cahaya jumlah alat muat 1 unit, maka produktivitas sama dengan produksinya. Jumlah produksi alat gali-muat saat ini sebesar untuk alat gali-muat efisiensinya yaitu sekitar 32.7%. Untuk nilai Present Worth Cost alat gali muat saat ini adalah Rp 1.072.856.985 /tahun dan untuk Present Worth Cost alat gali-muat baru adalah sebesar Rp 3.032.901.171 /tahun. Sedangkan Unit Cost alat gali muat saat ini Rp 9.907 /BCM dan alat baru Rp 4483,55 /BCM. Maka dari hasil Unit Cost tersebut diputuskan mengganti alat dengan mengganti unit yang baru ntuk meningkatkan produksiKata Kunci : Efisiensi Mekanis, Produktivitas, Biaya Operasi, Present Worth Cost Alat, Unit cost |
