Abstract. The important thing that a manufacturing company needs to pay attention to is the production process, if the production process does not go well, it will result in obstructing other activities in the company. One of the production processes is the packing process. Iberet Folic products do not yet have a standard time and workload volume that is overloaded to operators in the packing process, so the processing time exceeds the company's target time. Determination of standard time and workload is carried out using the Time and Motion Study Method using a stopwatch tool and workload analysis is used to determine how much workload the company provides to the operator and make workforce adjustments, so that the workload volume matches the number and ability of the operator. The results of this study are: (1) The work system that applies to the packing workstation is the absence of a standard time. (2) The right workload for the packing process by adding and removing several operators. (3) The exact standard time in the process of packing Iberet Folic products is adjusted to the ability, effort, environmental conditions and operator consistency.Keywords: Time and Motion Study, Standard Time, Workload.Abstrak. Hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan manufaktur adalah proses produksi, apabila proses produksi tidak berjalan baik, maka berakibat kegiatan lain di perusahaan menjadi terhambat. Salah satu proses produksi adalah proses packing, produk Iberet Folic belum memiliki waktu baku dan volume beban kerja yang dibebankan kepada operator berlebih pada proses packing, sehingga waktu proses melebihi waktu target perusahaan. Penentuan waktu baku dan beban kerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Time and Motion Study menggunakan alat stopwatch dan analisis beban kerja digunakan untuk mengetahui berapa besar beban kerja yang diberikan perusahaan kepada operator dan melakukan penyesuaian tenaga kerja, agar voleme beban kerja sesuai dengan jumlah dan kemampuan operator. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Sistem kerja yang berlaku pada stasiun kerja packing adalah tidak adanya waktu baku. (2) Beban kerja yang tepat untuk proses packing dengan melakukan penambahan dan menghilangkan beberapa operator. (3) Waktu baku yang tepat pada proses packing produk Iberet Folic disesuaikan dengan kemampuan, usaha, kondisi lingkungan, dan konsistensi operator.Kata Kunci: Time and Motion Study, Waktu Baku, Beban Kerja. |
