dc.description Abstract: All countries around the world, including Indonesia, are facing the crisis of Corona Virus and it has been announced as a pandemic. This is known as a dangerous virus and the transmission is very fast that causes a big awareness for all people in every country. The virus first identified in Wuhan, China in the end of 2019 and it has spread in Indonesia in the early of 2020. In the beginning of Corona Virus transmission, people in Indonesia, especially in Bandung, West Java were very worried. It was assumed that two foreigners were infected by the virus and they were hospitalized in Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin Bandung without any further confirmation about whether they were infected by Corona Virus or not. But the public made their own opinion regarding to this case that the foreigners were infected by Corona Virus without the confirmation from the hospital and share this assumption through social media. All people in Indonesia, especially in Bandung were panic. Public Relation and Health Promotion have to appease the condition. Based on this phenomenon, the researcher aimed to know further about “The strategy of collaboration between RSHS Public Relation and RSHS Health Promotion Division in facing the Corona Virus (a Case Study of Communication Strategy of Collaboration between Public Relation and Health Promotion Division at Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin Bandung to appease the public in facing The Corona Virus Crisis)”. This research used a qualitative method with the approach of case study to solve the case specifically based on the concern of the researcher. At the beginning of the hoax news spread regarding to the Covid-19 patient, the hospital gave a clear written confirmation and shared it also through live streaming on Instagram. The information that the hospital shared to the public was 3M that is Washing hands, Wearing Mask, and Keep Physical Distancing. This information has been spread on Social Media, such as Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. The hospital also able to give counseling to the public about Covid-19. Keywords : Corona Virus, Public Relation and Health PromotionAbstrak: Diseluruh dunia tidak terkecuali di Indonesia sedang mengalami krisis Virus Corona dan susah ditetapkan sebagai pandemi. Karena virus ini sangat berbahaya dan penularan yang sangat cepat ini membuat seluruh dunia gempar akan kedatangan virus ini. Virus ini pertama kali muncul di Wuhan, China pada akhir 2019 dan masuk ke Indonesia pada awal tahu 2020. Pada awal virus Corona ini masuk ke Indonesia warga Indonesia sangat gempar tidak terkecuali masyarakat Jawa Barat khusunya Bandung. Awalnya diduga ada dua pasien WNA yang terjangkit virus Corona ini dan dirujuk ke Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin Bandung dan belum terkonfirmasi apakah memang tertular atau tidak. Tetapi masyarakat sudah banyak membicarakan di social media bahwa pasien ini sudah terkonfirmasi positif mengidap Corona padahal belum ada pemberitahuan khusus dari pihak rumah sakit. Dari adanya berita ini masyarakat khususnya warga Bandung semakin panik, disinilah peran Humas dan Promosi Kesehatan untuk menenangkan masyarakat terkait virus Corona ini. Berdasarkan fenomena diatas, peneliti bermaksud ingin mengetahui lebih dalam terkait “Strategi Kolaborasi Humas RSHS Dengan Bagian Promosi Kesehatan RSHS Dalam Menghadapi Krisis Virus Corona (Studi Kasus Tentang Strategi Komunikasi Kolaborasi Bagian Humas Dengan Promosi Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin Bandung Untuk Menenangkan Masyarakat Dalam Menghadapi Krisis Virus Corona)”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dengan alasan agar bisa memecahkan kasus secara mendalam mengenai yang peneliti teliti ini. Pada awal adanya berita hoax mengenai pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19, pihak rumah sakit langsung melakukan klarifikasi secara tertulis dan melakukan live streaming di Instagram. Pesan yang mereka sampaikan kepada masyarakat juga tidak akan jauh dari kegiatan 3M yaitu Mencuci tangan, Memakai masker dan Menjaga jarak. Pesan ini mereka sampaikan kepada khalayak melalui sosial media Instagram, Twitter dan Website dan mereka juga rutin melakukan penyuluhan kepada pengunjung rumah sakit terkait Covid-19 ini.Kata Kunci: Virus Corona, Humas dan Promosi Kesehatan
