dc.description Abstract. The world of footwear industry is one of the many businesses that provide development that is also successful in the economy of satisfaction for its customers, so that the quality is necessary for the industry so as not to disappoint the customers, among them TotalQualityManagement(TQM).TotalQualityManagement (TQM) is integrated quality with the aim of improving quality, and grouping the size of the best quality with customer expectations such as service, products, and customer experience that is expected to be able to improve Managerial Performance. Furthermore, this research intends to be able to explain the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on ManagerialPerformance, furthermore this research was conducted at the footwear industry company. The method used is the empirical method with descriptive and verification approaches. With Primary data sources and using data collection techniques that are spread through the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. Performed at the footwear industry company PT Mitra Niaga Sentratama in Java West with 50 respondents. Using simple linear regression analysis. So the research concluded that TotalQuality Management (TQM) was carried out at the footwear industry company PT Mitra Niaga Sentratama in West Java in the good category as well as managerial performance, the TotalQualityManagement (TQM) test results had a significant effect on Managerial Performance.Keywords:Total Quality Management (TQM), Managerial Performance. Abstrak. Dunia perindustri alas kaki adalah yang dari sekian banyak usaha yang memberi perkembangan juga berhasil dalam perekonomiann kepuasan bagi para pelanggan-nya, maka dengan begitu kualitas perlu bagi perindustrian supaya tidak mengecewakann para pelanggan, diantara-nya TotalQualityManagement (TQM). TotalQualityManagement (TQM) yaitu kualiitas terpaduu dengan tujuan dalam meningkatkann kualiitas, dan mengelompokkan besar kecilnnya kualitass terbaik dengan harapan pelanggan seperti layanan, produk, dan pengalaman pelanggan yang di harapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan KinerjaManajerial. Selanjutnya penelitiann ini bermaksud untuk mampu menjelaskan pengaruh TotalQualityManagement (TQM) Terhadap KinerjaManajerial, selanjutnya penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan industry alas kaki. Metode yang di pakai yaitu metode empiris dengann pendekatan deskriiptif dan verifikatiff. Dengan sumber data Primer dan menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulann Data yang di sebar melalu kuesioner telah di uji validitas dan juga realibilitas. Dilakukann di perusahaan industry alas kaki PT Mitra Niaga Sentratama di JawaBarat dengan 50 respondenn. Menggunakan analisis regresi liniear sederhana. Maka disimpulkan penelitiian menunjukan TotalQualityManagement (TQM) dilakukan pada perusahaan industri alas kaki PT Mitra Niaga Sentratama di Jawa Barat dalam kategori baik begitu juga dengan kinerja manajerial, hasil pengujian TotalQualityManagement (TQM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap KinerjaManajerial.Kata Kunci: Total Quality Management (TQM), Kinerja Manajerial.
