Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of accounting information systems on employee performance in BUMD West Java Province in the city of Bandung. This research is a descriptive and verification research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were employees who used accounting information systems at PD Kebersihan Kota Bandung, PERUMDA Tirtawening, PT Tirta Gemah Ripah, and PD Jasa dan Kepariwisataan Kota Bandung with a total of 49 data collected. This study uses primary data derived from questionnaires with purposive sampling technique. The results of this questionnaire were tested using the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, partial test (t), simple linear regression analysis, and test the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 23 statistical tool. the quality of the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Four BUMDs West Java Province in the City of Bandung is advised to improve the quality of the accounting information system so that it is easier to understand, read and conform to the needs of employees' duties. For the purposes of further research, it is hoped that it can add other variables or other factors that affect employee performance and can use other companies or organizations as the sample. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BUMD Provinsi Jawa Barat di daerah Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang menggunakan sistem informasi akuntansi di PD Kebersihan Kota Bandung, PERUMDA Tirtawening, PT Tirta Gemah Ripah, dan PD Jasa dan Kepariwisataan di Kota Bandung dengan jumlah data yang terkumpul sebanyak 49. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner dengan teknik sampling purposive. Hasil kuesioner ini diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial(t), analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Empat BUMD Provinsi Jawa Barat di daerah Kota Bandung disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi agar lebih mudah dipahami, dibaca dan memiliki kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan tugas karyawan. Untuk kepentingan penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menambah variabel lain atau faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dapat meneliti pada perusahaan atau organisasi lainnya.Kata kunci : Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Kinerja Karyawan |
