Abstract. The internal environment will greatly affect competitive advantage. Competitive advantage will be achieved if the success of a company is highly dependent on the company's internal capabilities. The phenomenon that occurs in the coffee shop industry in the city of Bandung shows that poor service will make customers disappointed, such as the lack of information given to customers regarding purchasing procedures. This study aims to be able to explain the influence of the internal environment on competitive advantage in the coffee shop industry in Bandung. The research method used in this research is the verification method with a quantitative approach. The data source used is the primary data source. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a sample size of 30 coffee shop industries in the city of Bandung. The sample selection technique in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with convenience sampling technique. Hypothesis testing used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the internal environment towards competitive advantage in the coffee shop industry in Bandung was included in good criteria. The internal environment has a significant influence on competitive advantage in the coffee shop industry in Bandung City.Keywords: Internal Environment, Competitive Advantage, coffee shop industry Abstrak. Lingkungan internal akan sangat mempengaruhi keunggulan kompetitif. Keunggulan kompetitif akan dapat dicapai apabila keberhasilan suatu perusahaan sangat bergantung pada kemampuan internal perusahaan. Fenomena yang terjadi pada industri kedai kopi di Kota Bandung menunjukan bahwa pelayanan yang buruk akan membuat pelanggan kecewa seperti kurangnya informasi yang diberikan terhadap pelanggan mengenai prosedur pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mampu menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan internal terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada industri kedai kopi di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 industri kedai kopi di Kota Bandung. Teknik pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah teknik non probality sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah regresi liner sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa lingkungan internal terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada industri kedai kopi di Kota Bandung termasuk dalam kriteria baik. Lingkungan internal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada industri kedai kopi di Kota Bandung.Kata kunci : Lingkungan Internal, Keunggulan Kompetitif, Industri Kedai Kopi |
