Abstract. This study aims to see the effect of E-Service Quality and Utilization of Information Technology on Mobile Banking User Satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods with a quantitative approach. Sources of data use primary data taken from micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the type of service businesses that use mobile banking in the city of Bandung. The data technique used in this study, through a questionnaire using convenience sampling and obtained 160 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 24 statistical tool. The results show that the quality of electronic services, use of information technology and mobile banking user satisfaction is good. The quality of electronic services and the use of information technology have a positive and significant effect on mobile banking user satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. The coefficient of determination test results show that the effect of the two variables on mobile banking user satisfaction is 72.1%, so there are other factors that can affect mobile banking users. Suggestions for other researchers, use different variables.Keywords:E-Service Quality, Utiliziation Of Information Technology, Mobile Banking User SatisfactionsAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Mobile Banking. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer yang diambil dari pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) berjenis usaha jasa yang menggunakan mobile banking di Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan convenience sampling dan memperoleh sebanyak 160 responden. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat statistic SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa e-service quality, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kepuasan pengguna mobile banking sudah baik. E-service quality dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna mobile banking baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kedua variabel terhadap kepuasan pengguna mobile banking sebesar 72,1% sehingga masih terdapat faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna mobile banking. Saran untuk peneliti lainnya, menggunakan variabel yang berbeda.Kata kunci: E-Service Quality, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Kepuasan Pengguna Mobile Banking |
