Abstract— TJ Collection in producing children's pajamas for distribution to various regions. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. In general, this convection is often delayed delivery of goods from suppliers because raw materials are not met.The supply chain management that has been carried out by the TJ Collection company has increased the cost of raw materials and increased strong relationships with various parties such as suppliers, distributors, retailers and end consumers. The technique in analyzing data used is the Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. By using the SCOR method, it is expected that the measurement of the effectiveness of the supply chain is more optimal because it does not only see costs as a benchmark. The results of supply chain performance calculations using the SCOR method show the value of perfect order fulfillment (POF) of 96%, order fulfillment cycle time (OFCT) for 14 days, cost of goods (COGS) of 51.63%, and cash to cash cycle time ( CTCCT) for 20.5 days. Keywords— Performance, Supply Chain, SCOR Matriks Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja rantai pasok di konveksi TJ Collection dalam memproduksi piyama anak untuk di distribusikan ke berbagai daerah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada umumnya konveksi ini sering mengalami keterlambatan pengiriman barang dari supplier tersebut karena bahan baku yang tidak terpenuhi. Pengelolaan rantai pasok yang telah dilakukan perusahaan TJ Collection sudah menerapkan efisiensi biaya terhadap bahan baku serta meningkatkan hubungan yang kuat dengan berbagai pihak seperti supplier, distributor, reseller dan konsumen akhir. Teknik dalam menganalisis data yang di gunakan adalah metode Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). Dengan menggunakan metode SCOR diharapkan pengukuran keefektifan kinerja rantai pasok lebih optimal karena tidak hanya melihat biaya sebagai tolak ukur. Hasil perhitungan kinerja rantai pasok dengan menggunakan metode SCOR menunjukan nilai perfect order fulfillment (POF) sebesar 96%, order fulfillment cycle time (OFCT) selama 14 hari, cost of good (COGS) sebesar 51,63%, dan cash to cash cycle time (CTCCT) selama 20,5 hari.
