ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the performance of employees at UPT. Kopo Health Center. In addition, work motivation and work environment provided to UPT employees. Kopo Puskesmas must be considered because the lack of provision of these two things can affect the performance of these employees. According to research by Nurudin (2017), the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, researchers made research to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment on employee performance at UPT. Kopo Health Center. The nature of the research is descriptive and verification. The sample technique used is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling method obtained as many as 34 respondents. The results of the verification data analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Companies are expected to pay attention to employee motivation and work environment, because that way the company can improve employee performance in the company.Keywords: employee performance, work environment, and work motivation                                                   INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan di UPT. Puskesmas Kopo. Selain itu, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang diberikan kepada karyawan UPT. Puskesmas Kopo harus diperhatikan karena kurangnya pemberian dua hal tersebut mampu mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan tersebut. Menurut penelitian Nurudin (2017) menyebutkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi kerja memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka dari itu peneliti membuat penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UPT. Puskesmas Kopo. Sifat penelitiannya yaitu deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh didapatkan sebanyak 34 responden. Hasil dari analisis data verifikatif menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Begitupun motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan diharapkan untuk memperhatikan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja karyawan, sebab dengan begitu perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan.Kata Kunci: kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja
